July 2, 2012, I purchased my Honda CRV from ChapmanHONDA. TODAY, APRIL 11, 2017, HONDA recall card came in mail, approx month ago. Dave Ginsberg answered my call. His personal professional manner is a credit not only to Chapman, but to HONDA. Mr. Ginsberg, was knowledgeably accurate, honest, polite, professional. flexible and setting up an appointment was like having a family member give individual personal care! What MORE COULD ANYONE ASK FOR??? IT'S NOT THE PRODUCT ONLY, BUT HOW CUSTOMERS GET TREATED WHEN THINGS ARE NOT QUITE RIGHT!!! THAT is the test of professional care which keeps customers, like me coming back. (as it happened, a serious fall kept me from following through--still, that was no problem and Dave gave such exceptional service and care I called his manager immediately!! Thank YOU, Mr. Dave Ginsberg!!! I finally made it in, and sitting herein obtrusively watching employees work, I see Mr. Ginsberg, quick, and giving great service. I see him such a cut above the norm. and I wonder if it has something to do with the fact that he is of a more experienced generation. Obviously, thorough! We got a Pilot Elite after riding in a friends..We had a Lexus RX and wanted more space, but did not want to fork over an extra 35k to get the comparable Lexus or Acura. The Pilot has a masculine stance and has all the features that we could want for...the panoramic roofs , DVD player heated and cooled seats...even heated back captains chairs..the extra row. Large enough but not a monster. I have really been pleased...The only negatives are the radio is a little clunky with no dials. And the plastic on the interior is a little over powering at times and cheapen the otherwise lux feel of the truck. I have been really pleased.

My repair contact, max, was one of the most helpful i have experienced in the service—customer interface. My car (2007 FIT) certainly didn’t look great nor were the functioning systems healthy. Two experiences here in Green Vally I have felt were a rip off. Yet, based on my request to “check tires and equipment” set me up to expect a quick review and a go head to go north. I was amazed in my acceptance to the diagnosis an repair needs of the Fit. I had dealt with you folks before and was very confident I would get an honest assessment and very high quality service job. Max identified 13 significant service needs. The bootom line was costly for a retiree but I never hesitated or worried about road problems. I took off to flag and the next day to Gallup moving like my porch-like fit. You have combined all the elements of a great company- honesty, speed and a fair price.

I was so excited to finally get my first new vehicle. I have always bought Hondas, though used. The 2017 Honda Pilot was my first new one. What a disappointment! First, after only about 2 months, I could barely push the brake down hard enough—it was actually difficult to do. So had to bring it in to be fixed. Then, a few months later, the cabin starts intermittently smelling like gasoline—a pungent odor enough to make me nauseous. Again, brought it in, and Honda says “Oh, it’s just because of the type of gas we use in this climate in the winter”—they did nothing. That nauseating smell makes my garage smell like gas for days every few weeks. Plus it’s no fun driving around inhaling what feels like pungent gas fumes! Then, my hazards come on by themselves intermittently for no reason whatsoever if you put your hand anywhere near the touchscreen. So until I notice it, I’m driving with my hazards on! Then, there is a short in the wiring causing my programmable garage door button not to work. All within 2 years for a brand new vehicle. I got rid of it. So disappointing. The only positive was that I liked the new body styling compared to that ugly rectangle on wheels of the years prior!

I can't thank Devan McDole for the great service he provided in going through every aspect of the 2017 CR-V EX-L when we were test driving and eventually purchased the car. He kept us informed through the whole process and we are grateful. Even when he gave us the "bad news" that the car had a paint chip that was going to have to be repaired by the paint shop. To Chapman's credit they brought the issue to our attention, will have it fixed professionally by their paint shop (not just filled in with paint repair you can buy in a bottle) and even provide me with a loaner car when I bring it back for the repair. So far my wife and I have had a great experience with Chapman Honda. Could be the making of a lasting relationship... Bob Messenger

My only issue with this Honda model is .. for the price of 48,160 $ I would have like to get the cross rails on the roof rails that where on my option package and a rear cargo cover. I expected that it would come with my elite. Since I took the one in the show room I really thought it was stored in the dealership. So I called the dealer and they gave me the ear phones for the dvd system. And I call the Honda factory I ordered them at the tune of another 700+$ but very happy had I know I would have just gotten the tutoring and saved 3000$ 🤦🏽‍♂️

I had originally taken my 2007 CRV in for recall service, and I wound up buying a 2018 CRV! I am thrilled with my new vehicle..which will be driven in Arizona and Maryland. I have always had a Honda, but they were purchased in Maryland at Brown's Honda. The MD dealership is great; but, Chapman's is impressive. Emilio was most helpful; and Sylvia made all the paperwork flow smoothly.

This is a good family car with all of the things you would expect from a new car but. They managed to cheapen things. Look at the carpets. Cheap !! Worst on the EXL with Nav. Interior lights. Very poor configuration and they know it. I had an older pilot. Much better interior lighting. Buttons don't light at night. So park the car and tri to find the all around door lock button. Or the fuel door release. Finally maintenance intense. Trans fluid every 30,000 miles, Transfer case another $100.00. Differential 40,000 miles drain. replace brake fluid every 60,000 miles. Cooling fluid.... Buy a HUN........ and save money.

On October 11, 2016, I drove into Chapman Honda in my 2015 SUV Honda. I had an appointment for 1:00pm. I made this appointment with Dale Schulzkump several weeks earlier in response to a recall letter that I had received from Honda. Danny Bonham greeted me. I asked about Dale. Danny said that Dale was on leave this week. Danny directed me to the Customer Lounge. When I made the appointment with Dale he said that the work would take about 90 minutes. I was prepared with a "book." About an hour later, Danny said that my car was finished. Danny in addition to the recall work checked the tires. Danny was courteous and professional! When we walked onto the lot, my wife looked at the vehicle, read the equipment list, and said "Buy this Vehicle!" She was right; the performance of the Honda Pilot meets "Excellent" in so many categories for several types of cars. It handles hauling materials like an SUV, handles like a sports car, and is roomier than any upscale pickup or full size vehicle I've owned.

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

Have never owned a Honda automobile before. Was in the market for a bigger car/SUV due to having a toddler and doing more traveling etc. I test drove a Pilot for a week before purchasing new. After a day I was already hooked. Very smooth ride, handles excellent in the snow/winter weather, plenty of leg room and storage when the third seat is down, lots of storage compartments, gas mileage was as advertised, exterior styling updated and impressive. Overall this car is exactly what we were looking for in a larger automobile at the price point we were wanting to stay within. Without a doubt Honda has me sold. My next automobile will also be a Honda and likely a Honda Pilot!

Taking the Stress and Pain out of Car Shopping

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

I really appreciate this car. It has plenty of room for passengers and the driver. An SUV that drives & handles like a car. It's good on gas on the highway when you press the Eco button. Also tows a trailer with ease!! Love the right side camera! I have been stopped several times just to be asked my opinion about it...I always respond with "It's a great vehicle & I really love driving it"

Like most I was very skeptical about buying a car online. But I did my research and google'd the company like crazy. What I found in my research is the company had laid off people due to rapid growth and during this time frame the reviews were not good at all. Which to me makes sense and most likely vroom could have done a better job to make sure customers did not feel the effects. But after that period the reviews were really good. Also they have a very high rating with the BBB. That all said I decided to purchase my Jeep Wrangler through Vroom. The entire process from start to finish was awesome! I did not do a trade but just a purchase. I submitted my request for finance and purchase on 7/29 Sunday morning and received a call 7/30 Monday morning. I spoke to the sales person which there was no pressure just Q&A. I put down a deposit so I could secure the Jeep. There was communication via email by Vroom throughout the process including when the Jeep was in route. My jeep was delivered within the time frame they explained, which was the following Friday 8/10 cleaned and in excellent condition. I received my tag and paperwork about a month after the Jeep was delivered. I have 3 kids so spending 4 hours at a dealership is not fun. I would definitely buy from Vroom again. I hope this review helps others who might be on the fence. (Atlanta, GA)

The car meets all my needs but for 30 k they should add a outside temperature gage to dash board. Around 25, 30 miles per hour transmission makes a noise like you hit a rock. Honda dealer sad is normal but it sounds like a bad transmission. I own the pilot lx base model 6 speed. Overall it is a good and spacious car.

Totally surprised by the engine power and gas mileage. The EX-L version of the Pilot is the way to go. Stick with the 6 speed transmission and add-ons you don't need. We like the 2016 and up body mods also.

I took my 2015 Honda CRV for a scheduled oil change. The service also included checking all fluid levels, tires, and belts. I also elected to have the tires rotated. AuutoNation provides shuttle service to a nearby mall. While there, I received a phone call from the service manger letting me know that the tires did not require rotating, but that the cabin filter needed replacing. I approved this service. When I returned to pick up my car, the manager reviewed the services provided and made recommendations future service visits. The service was promptly completed and I was on my way.

To Chapman's credit they brought the issue to our attention, will have it fixed professionally by their paint shop (not just filled in with paint repair you can buy in a bottle) and even provide me with a loaner car when I bring it back for the repair. Car buying online can NOT be this easy anywhere else. Submitted credit app, followed up on the app on Monday 6/11/18, got approved, received contracts on Wednesday 6/13/18, returned them back at a FedEx drop-off box, Vroom recevied them on Thursday 6/14/18, paid my deposit as well, Vroom Rep called me on Friday 6/15/18 and said my car had been moved to the shipping department to be inspected and prepared for shipment. On Monday 6/18/18, I received an email saying that estimated delivery day would be 6/20/18. At this point I'm over the top anxious and super excited for 6/20/18. On 6/20/18 evening, around 5:50 p.m., Vroom Rep calls and tells me that the delivery guy won't make the delivery time scheduled for 6/20/18 so it'll be 6/21/18 when he delivers the car. I received my car on 6/21/18 at 6:00 p.m. at a Wal-Mart super center parking lot. I signed the bill of lading and received my keys. Oh, and there must had been miscommunication between the delivery guy and Vroom, because before he handed me my keys he asked who was going to pay him, and I told him my shipping fees and all were included in my financing. So he said they are probably just going to send him a check. Other than that; everything went extremely smooth. I did not run into any problems other than the day delayed delivery (which wasn't a big problem). I am completely satisfied. I received my paperwork and my car all in ONE week!!! ONE week!! It does not get any better or easier than that. The car is freaking awesome, l LOVE it!! It's just like brand new on the inside and almost on the outside, I take that back, it is pratically brand new on the outside with just minor scratches and paint chips. I love love love my car!!! I would highly recommend Vroom to family and friends and to anyone looking to purchase great vehicles at reasonable costs. In the future, I plan to purchase again from Vroom. Thanks Vroom!!

Some people thrive on the haggle experience....I am NOT one of those people! My bank was advertising VROOM and I thought I???d take a look. Admittedly, I was scared to buy a car....site unseen....but I was purchasing a new car (2017), so I wasn???t as scared as buying an older model. I called VROOM when I saw the car I wanted and the paperwork (I financed my car through my personal bank, but I hear they finance as well). started right there and then. Literally my car was shipped a week later and was picked up at our local mall (there was 3 other cars dropped off). The only hiccup...they forgot to send my temporary tags for the car, but we got it all squared away. Love my car, been driving it for 4 months now. Positives of buying through VROOM....no haggle, fair price; easy paperwork; 3 month warranty on all cars (try getting that at a regular used car dealership); Roadside Assistantsnce on all cars; FREE shipping to your house (or nearby)! Negatives: When I realized they didn???t send temporary tags with the car, I tried to callig back the 3 people I had worked with to purchase the car and each of their numbers were disconnected which really scared me. I emailed VROOM directly about my tags and they got back to me within the hour and emailed & overnighted my temporary tags. Hopefully, they change this practice and appoint someone to work with you until the car is successfully registered in your home state! Other then that....would totally recommend them!

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.
