5+ Star for Sales team. Great experience. Works well with customer. Paper handling and title/registration dept "upstairs" is AWFUL. 1 month from buying and still not received papers. False promised 3 times already saying its mailed out (outright lies). Everytime you call they have excuse for lying previous time. Now my tag expires in 3 days with no papers in hand. That's the "LEGENDS WAY" I guess..
Shawn Lemieux and his helper Carter were awesome to deal with. I said there was no stress involved in this Pilot trade in! I would highly recommend asking for these two when you are in the car shopping market!
I needed a new battery. Zac found that I also needed new filters, which he brought out and showed me. I also needed new wiper blades. He was very friendly and helpful I didn't feel pressure to do anything . He is a good employee.
Took my car in a couple of months ago to have my A/C looked at. Zac was the service person helping me. It was the easiest and the most painless service experience I've ever had. I actually never write reviews, but Zac was so friendly and helpful, that it seemed like a disservice not to say something about him. Every experience I've had at Honda of Tiffany Springs has been excellent, but the experience I had with Zac was world class.

From start to finish Kyle Lefevere did all he could to accomodate my requests (gas mileage, affordable monthly payments, safety, interior features etc) in purchasing my new 2019 Civic Sport. Everyone was very helpful in finding the right vehicle for me. The salesman, John M. was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and helped narrow down my search and get a deal that was acceptable to me. The finance guy, John L. worked hard to secure the financial arrangements getting me the lowest interest rate possible.
Terrence was incredibly helpful and really listened to everything I wanted. He was willing to find me every combination and compare all pricing to ensure I got the best combination and best deal. I was extremely pleased with the service and help.
The sales staff at LHM Honda were very helpful in narrowing down my options for a used SUV. The Toyota at the Honda dealership was better priced and had fewer miles that the comparable ones at the local Toyota place. My only "complaint" was in the final sales process regarding an extended warranty. The staff person was friendly and polite but I was confused with regard to my options to the "wrap" coverage. He drew several circles and arrows on a piece of paper with many numbers and indicated what the best deal would be for me. I would have liked to see something a little more professional in regards to what each level of service would cost me (i.e. 7yr/60K miles vs 4 yr/20k miles vs etc...) and what actual items are covered under the wrap (other than "covers everything"). I was not about to blindly add $3K to my final bill for a warranty which I knew little about (7 yr/60k miles). Had there been some informational pamphlets with all my options and prices spelled out, I may have likely purchased the coverage. However, once I said I was not interested, there was no more pressure on his part.
Nick Barnes provided great service and showed enthusiasm. He was helpful from the beginning and followed up afterwards. Buying a new car can be overwhelming but everything went smooth and quick. Thanks, Jeff H.
