I made an appointment for a Saturday and was told the service would take an hour and a half. It ended up to be a four hour wait. My service representative was great and apologized, but I think this was a little excessive for a routine service.
I have been coming to this location for over 12 years some experiences not so good but this time for an oil change , which turned out to be a new battery and rear brakes by far was the best and they didn't try to sell me anything not needed just to make sales. Being honest is the best way to attract new and repeat customers.
Starting with Aaron who was very kind and knowledgeable and ending with Chad in finance,my experience was very nice and not stressful at all,just what I need it!Thank you so much for the exellent customer service!

I went to Carmax on 4th of July. The place was not super packed, so that was great. We had a little 9th month old on tow, and were nervous that it would take us all day to shop. The only thing that took a lot of time was waiting for a sales man. Apparently, the new young guys at the front were more interested in flirting (yes flirting) with each other and playing around than realizing that we needed help or just plainly asking us if we were being helped. That really bothered me, as we wasted 30 mins just sitting dumb. The front desk girl was no help.. she was the one to tell us to sit and wait and then no where to be seen. Finally someone professional and extremely courteous walked by ... the service manager. He quickly apologized for our wait, and brought along Daniel Claudio. I am SOOOOOOOOOOOooooO thankful he did. Danny was professional, kind, humble, hard-working, and just all the way a pleasure to work with. He represented Carmax the way it should be. He took the details of what we were looking for and walked us around to cars that would fit our needs. The second car (nissan pathfinder) was a recommendation from him... and that was the car we bought. Danny if you're reading this... THANK YOU! You're such a great employee and that deserves recognition.
The reason I bought my vehicle in for service at Ed Voyles is Al McGowan... I followed him here from Nalley Acura. I trust Ed, when it comes to his customers, he makes double sure that you get the service that you pay for, his integrity is what is important to me.
Spent quite a bit at this dealership. To say that I have a 2017 and it's 2018, there sure are a lot of problems so far Not Service's fault but it feels predatory. Advisors have all been very nice though.
This was my first experience with Curry Honda. I learned of them through searching the net for a Chinese salesperson we were looking for. We were very apprehensive at first, not knowing anyone at the dealer, or the area. We just moved to Atlanta from the New York City about 6 months ago. I phoned Jennie Huang a few months ago and ask her what requirements Georgia has for purchasing a car. She knew I wasn???t planing buy a car in a short period but she???s still extremely patient about my questions... On the Black Friday, Jennie contacted me again and told me Curry Honda had Holiday sales event if we wanted to explore our options. We still weren???t sure about getting a van but we decided to meet her anyway... I can't say enough about Jennie as my salesperson. She was outstanding. No slick sales gimmicks, no pressure, no attempts at manipulative ploys. Just great, accomodating service. I ended up purchasing a 2019 Honda Odyssey EX I was interested in, for a price that I was comfortable with. No hassles. Just easy, relaxed negotiations. Jennie went above and beyond when I had questions about differences between purchase and lease... She was able to give all answers and explain us everything ... Unbelievable! Gave me complete peace of mind, which we all know, is close to priceless. Thank you Jennie, I will definitely recommend you to my friends who wants to buy a car!
Everyone was very friendly and helpful. It was a great car shopping experience. Not pushy and actually wanted to help me. I would definitely buy another car there as well as recommend to others. My sales rep Matt Aeyers was wonderful as well as the finance Dept.
It was the best experience ever. I spoke with Mr. Gary smith. But the whole team was great. they gave all the options and the price was very very fair compared to other dealership. I did go to multiple dealerships and we did not have a great experience as we did at Milton Martin Honda. I give my highest recommendations
Oh my. What a wonderful experience! Shane B. and Abby F. were nothing short of amazing. I had no idea what a wonderful dealership Willet Honda in Morrow is. I literally was financed and my new CRV was detailed in about an hour and a half . Even the gentleman in charge of the detail shop was high fiving me. Trust me folks, look no further. I'm a Willet Honda customer for life.
