It was the best experience ever. I spoke with Mr. Gary smith. But the whole team was great. they gave all the options and the price was very very fair compared to other dealership. I did go to multiple dealerships and we did not have a great experience as we did at Milton Martin Honda. I give my highest recommendations
I made an appointment for a Saturday and was told the service would take an hour and a half. It ended up to be a four hour wait. My service representative was great and apologized, but I think this was a little excessive for a routine service.
I have been coming to this location for over 12 years some experiences not so good but this time for an oil change , which turned out to be a new battery and rear brakes by far was the best and they didn't try to sell me anything not needed just to make sales. Being honest is the best way to attract new and repeat customers.

I dropped my car off for an oil change, tire rotation and some other services. The service was completed in a timely manner. When I returned to pick up my car I experienced a problem with my battery and a sound that my car was making when I turned on the heater. I went back to the dealership and Kam took care of the problem quickly. Thank you Kam for helping me on Saturday Dec 1st.
Gwinnett Honda service department gives quality service, the staff is very courteous and professional. I wouldn???t go anywhere else for car service. If you want quality service, Gwinnett Honda is the place to go.
I bought a car in 2014 from Milton Martin and returned last week to buy another car. The same people were working there. They all love their jobs and are extremely helpful. The service center is top notch too!
I was supposed to get a 14.95 car wash before the body buddy treatment and the inside vacuumed, when I picked up the car and had left, I found that the windshield had not bee cleaned and that the inside was poorly vacuumed. That part of the service was very poor, the out side body buddy treatment seems to be done very well.

Excellent salesman, Johan. He was friendly, informative, and not at all pushy. The process got a little slow after I decided to purchase; the business office was a bit backed up. But everyone was very kind and accommodating. Overall, very good experience.
