Robert Doolittle provided an excellent sales and service experience for us with our purchase of a new Pilot. Most impressively, he got us out the door as quickly as he could on the day of purchase/delivery because we had 2 young children with us and the visit went past lunch time. He then followed up by driving to our home the following business day to spend time orienting us to all the vehicle settingx and features. He has been in constant contact to answer questions and concerns during this first week. We love the vehicle as well as the service he has provided.
My battery died and erased all codes to my 2009 Honda Odyssey. I could not figure out how to input the codes after my battery was replaced. I took the van to Honda of Spring and met Master Tech Elliott Davis who had the codes input including the power window codes in minutes. His expertise and knowledge was impressive, he was polite, informative and efficient. I really appreciated his help and kindness. A great employee of your company.
All staff was helpful in making sure we chose the car that would suite our needs. Since our car was fairly old the sales staff took the time to inform us of the new tech/features that were available and showed us how they worked. The Finance staff we very helpful in explaining the warranty options and making sure they they fit our needs. Would recommend.
Recently, I had to get a few keys made for my honda odyssey. Normally this task is an unpleasant experience dealing with parts managers, and parts counter people. However, this was not the case when I dealt with Honda of Spring. First off, I met the Parts Manager Mr. Sal Serna. Who not only got his peolple to get my keys made fast, but also he directed me to a sales person to contact when I am ready to buy a new odyssey. Thanks Sal. Your the best!
andy was very helpful. only comment is to see if we schedule an appt, if that means we start the service then or somehow improve the overall service time. not sure how feasible this might be but thought i'd ask

Brought my Honda Accord to Community Honda Dealership on a Saturday because the splash guard installed under the engine compartment had broken loose and was dragging on the ground. Service Advisor James Chesser took my service order and had the service technician remove the damaged splash guard. James advised me that the dealership would have to order the replacement parts and the expected delivery would be Tuesday of the following week. I drove my vehicle home and returned it to the dealership on Wednesday for the installation of the new splash guard. Thank you for allowing me the use of my vehicle until the part was available. James is very professional and courteous. This is not the first time James has provided excellent customer service to me in the repair and maintenance of my Honda.
Bought a new Accord from John Eagle Honda, and have never had a better dealership experience! Everyone was incredibly nice, and helpful. Usually I get irritated when shopping for a car, but JEH made the process a breeze!!!
I talk to one of your Sales Manager who was quite helpful in discussing couple of Toyota Corolla in your show room of 2017, however, I have postponed for a month to purchase and will definitely contact if I am ready to purchase.
We bought a used car and were happy with our purchase. Bashir was a good a salesman and showed us a few options we hadn't considered that were in our price range. We ended up getting one of the cars he offered to show us. He offered a 24 hour test drive, which was great for us. We found one minor issue that needed to be repaired in the process and the dealership took care of it before we completed the deal.
The finance lady was nice and answered all our questions. Completely happy with Ms. Nava.
I didn't like the back and forth on the price negotiation. My suggestion is do what we did. Get a quote, then decide what you are going to pay and give them a "take it or leave it" offer.
I was a little disappointed that the repair I mentioned earlier took all day and that my wife's phone call for a status on it was slow to be returned. Also, when we picked up the car, the temporary plates were not already on the car. Minor issue, but it would have saved us 5 minutes if the car was ready to drive out when we arrived.
We were in Houston looking for a used car for my daughter and we ended up with a new car. Our sales associate was Jesus Garza and we were so pleased with him. He was very knowledgeable. No pressure. He made the experience so much more pleasurable
