We did a lot of research and new what we were looking for. The associate (Dan) made us feel that he was buying the car with us, making sure we were comfortable with our decision and no pressure. My one gripe overall is that cars that require a fob in lieu of a key need to come with two up front or the other one sent later to us (at my expense) rather than me having to make another trip to have another one made.
My wife and I were very impressed with the service we received from here. They let us go about it the way we wanted to, answered all of our questions, and even gave us all the options that we had in terms of money and anything else. They got us into the right vehicle and allowed us to make the decision with no gimmicks. Absolutely recommend and love Ken Garff Honda!

I love the ride and comfort. 8 people fit very comfortable. My son has always encouraged us to buy a Honda and we never listened. Glad we decided to take his advice.
Everyone was very helpful in finding the right vehicle for me. The salesman, John M. was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and helped narrow down my search and get a deal that was acceptable to me. The finance guy, John L. worked hard to secure the financial arrangements getting me the lowest interest rate possible.

Have the top model. Don’t even think of going to a car wash. Transmission (9 speed) waste of money and very jerky Arm rests are the worst I have ever had or used. Navigation will not link up to goggle navigation. Radio over technical.
Terrence was incredibly helpful and really listened to everything I wanted. He was willing to find me every combination and compare all pricing to ensure I got the best combination and best deal. I was extremely pleased with the service and help.

This is a Very nice SUV ad very comfortable and reliable. I will most likely choose another Honda when I get ready to purchase another car.
The sales staff at LHM Honda were very helpful in narrowing down my options for a used SUV. The Toyota at the Honda dealership was better priced and had fewer miles that the comparable ones at the local Toyota place. My only "complaint" was in the final sales process regarding an extended warranty. The staff person was friendly and polite but I was confused with regard to my options to the "wrap" coverage. He drew several circles and arrows on a piece of paper with many numbers and indicated what the best deal would be for me. I would have liked to see something a little more professional in regards to what each level of service would cost me (i.e. 7yr/60K miles vs 4 yr/20k miles vs etc...) and what actual items are covered under the wrap (other than "covers everything"). I was not about to blindly add $3K to my final bill for a warranty which I knew little about (7 yr/60k miles). Had there been some informational pamphlets with all my options and prices spelled out, I may have likely purchased the coverage. However, once I said I was not interested, there was no more pressure on his part.
I needed a new battery. Zac found that I also needed new filters, which he brought out and showed me. I also needed new wiper blades. He was very friendly and helpful I didn't feel pressure to do anything . He is a good employee.

The vehicle dashboard is very nice, seat are not very comfortable and road noise was apparent like all Honda vehicles. Arm rest is not robust and feels like it will break soon. Better looking interior than the Toyota Highlander. Dealer tries to add on extras that are not needed.
Jason Fry did an excellent job and took care of me with no fuss. He got me in and out with no delay and took good care of me.

I really liked driving this car and I thought Honda was a quality vehicle, but I bought a 2018 Honda Pilot Elite in July and had a check engine light with an emissions system issue message with it and the remote start stop working in November before the car had 7k miles on it. All the dealers in my area (I called at least 5) were booking a week out for a service appointment. Apparently a non emergency since the engine light is not flashing. Guess that hads something to say for the quality of Honda’s if all the dealers are booked up for service at least a week out. And I have to drop off and leave a car under warrantee that needed service before it’s first oil change. If that’s what I have to look forward to with this car I can’t say I would recommend it.
Took my car in a couple of months ago to have my A/C looked at. Zac was the service person helping me. It was the easiest and the most painless service experience I've ever had. I actually never write reviews, but Zac was so friendly and helpful, that it seemed like a disservice not to say something about him. Every experience I've had at Honda of Tiffany Springs has been excellent, but the experience I had with Zac was world class.
Mike was so accommodating at a moment when all seemed to be in shambles following a home invasion where my daughter's keys were stolen. Service was timely, professional and dependable. Thank you for your commitment to what we have experienced with Honda of Tiffany Springs Mike. Your help with the key issue was a huge check off on our long list of returning to a state of normalcy. I took our 2016 CR-V in for service on a Saturday morning. Kevin Selvidge was my Service Advisor. He answered all my questions and the work was done promptly and right the first time. I appreciate the courteous and responsive service and attitude. I'll be using Kevin and his team for all future work on our CR-V.
Kevin is an awesome Service Advisor. He is extremely polite and courteous. He explains what service my car need and works out the best plan at the best cost. I consider him to be honest and I highly reccommend him.
Got my 4th car over the past 15 year there. Tone Hicks and Mark Hammond have always been easy to deal with and always play fair to get the best price and financing. No pressure and they do have a culture there which includes "nice:. I always shop around 1st but purchase there as they are real people who stand behind their products.

I am so excited about my new car!!! Lauren was so nice to me and made sure I got the vehicle I wanted from day one. She even gave my dad the deal he was hoping for just because I looked sad when I thought he was going to walk away. 10/10 for service 11/10 for kindness =)

I had a Pilot previously and know this will be high quality. I am pleased with this purchase and value. It was a great buy at the end of the year.
I first visited the website to look at their inventory and then called in and spoke with Elliot to ask additional questions. He invited me into the showroom and promised me an easy deal with no haggle. When I arrived at the showroom my vehicle was ready for the test drive even though I had already went through the approval process over the phone which took about 10 minutes. Elliott was very professional and knowledgeable. Elliott made me feel very comfortable and was very nice to work with. Overall I am satisfied with this buying experience and I would highly recommend if anyone's looking for a new or used vehicle to go on down and leave what you want! Love this reliable vehicle. Comfortable seating even in third row. Handles well. Love the luxury features at reasonable price. Have owned several Honda’s due to their reliability and good resale value.
