Cody and the tech team worked until they found the source of the strange whistling problem....and everything they did was covered under warranty from a previous service that was done there before I bought the car from a family member. They even had multiple technicians AND the department manager ride with me to listen to the sound, to make sure they knew what they were listening for and finally get it corrected. And they assured me that if I heard it come back when the weather warmed up again, I just needed to bring it back and they’d put me in a loaner car again. It was like finding a needle in haystack, but they never complained or argued about me “hearing things.” Great place, great people! I always feel like a person, not a number. :)

I LIKE APPLE CAR PLAY, USB PORTS AND PUSH START. VERY STYLISH AND COMPACT AND A LOT LEG ROOM AND I LIKE THE THIRD ROW SEAT.

Love this reliable vehicle. Comfortable seating even in third row. Handles well. Love the luxury features at reasonable price. Have owned several Honda’s due to their reliability and good resale value.
Great place for service or shopping for new honda. Customer service is also very nice. Had plenty of drinks and snacks during servicing of my vehicle

Have the top model. Don’t even think of going to a car wash. Transmission (9 speed) waste of money and very jerky Arm rests are the worst I have ever had or used. Navigation will not link up to goggle navigation. Radio over technical.
They provided quick and efficient service. I like that I don't have to make an appointment and they always get my car right in to be serviced. It's a friendly and comfortable environment. My service representative did an excellent job explaining everything to me.

Luis was great!!! Did everything over text. I was able to get all of the requited paperwork and information over without having to spend hours in the dealership. I had a Pilot previously and know this will be high quality. I am pleased with this purchase and value. It was a great buy at the end of the year.
In and out 2 hours great service oil change and alignment had no issues great service always at Gunn Honda couldn???t have been any better

The vehicle dashboard is very nice, seat are not very comfortable and road noise was apparent like all Honda vehicles. Arm rest is not robust and feels like it will break soon. Better looking interior than the Toyota Highlander. Dealer tries to add on extras that are not needed.
I enjoyed working with Micheal Kent's out sales representative. He greeted us as we walked onto the facility and the process was very enjoyable and informative. I was very satisfied with the thorough experience taking the time to explain all functions of the vehicle and took all our questions and answered like a pro!
Problem before first oil change

I really liked driving this car and I thought Honda was a quality vehicle, but I bought a 2018 Honda Pilot Elite in July and had a check engine light with an emissions system issue message with it and the remote start stop working in November before the car had 7k miles on it. All the dealers in my area (I called at least 5) were booking a week out for a service appointment. Apparently a non emergency since the engine light is not flashing. Guess that hads something to say for the quality of Honda’s if all the dealers are booked up for service at least a week out. And I have to drop off and leave a car under warrantee that needed service before it’s first oil change. If that’s what I have to look forward to with this car I can’t say I would recommend it.
