I didn???t expect to get to trade in a car I just bought a year ago but it happened at Toyota of Cleveland. My sales rep, Matt, went above and beyond to make this happen for me. I appreciate him and his hard work. He negotiated with me until he found a price/payment I could handle. I feel blessed. Thank you Toyota of Cleveland and especially Matt. You did a great job!!! Went to just look and test drive the Volkswagen Atlas. Fell in love with the way it drove. We couldn't ask for a better salesman Rob Ibarra. He was not pushy, explained everything and worked with us till we had a deal. Hopefully sending you another deal in a few weeks.
Purchased an Acura MDX today. We were well taken care of by Nick and the entire staff. Went the extra mile to ensure we knew and understood all the features. No pressure whatsoever. Kept the grandchildren happy thru the process. Did most of the preliminaries over the phone. It was well worth the 1 1/2hour drive. I’d recommend anyone looking to buy a new/used vehicle to try them first!! Saves alot of time. Thanks again for making our transaction so smooth.
Quick, answered all questions, explored wants/needs, took good care of me. Ron was awesome, he had 3 deals going on at the same time but checked in with me and knew I had limited time. He got me in and out of the whole transaction in about an hour.
Met wit Joe to purchase a 2018 accord touring 2.0. Very product knowledge. All functions explained well. All questions answered. Deal agreed too amongst all parties with no hassle. Also own a 2012 Accord v6(giving to my daughter) and a 2013 fit for my wife. No sales pressure. Product sells itself. Compared with the Camery touring and stayed with Honda. Better overall auto
Highly recommend Lance. Great experience. Very professional, laid back, and not pushy. Answered any and all questions. Also, used sales manager was also helpful and worked with us on a price. I first visited the website to look at their inventory and then called in and spoke with Elliot to ask additional questions. He invited me into the showroom and promised me an easy deal with no haggle. When I arrived at the showroom my vehicle was ready for the test drive even though I had already went through the approval process over the phone which took about 10 minutes. Elliott was very professional and knowledgeable. Elliott made me feel very comfortable and was very nice to work with. Overall I am satisfied with this buying experience and I would highly recommend if anyone's looking for a new or used vehicle to go on down and leave what you want! Frank was a friendly, approachable and knowledgeable guy with a sense of humor. We spent the entire day with him, and ended up with a great car. Going through the Costco program helped get our price down from the start.

I called in on Wednesday morning and Ken answered the call. He was able to keep up with my questions and what I wanted in my car. I also let him know my mother bought her Civic here back in 2012 so if they???re as good to me as they are to her, they have a customer for life. Needless to say Ken was absolutely amazing. He answered every single question my boyfriend and I had and wasn???t pushy at all. He worked with us on the trade value of my 2013 Soul and I left with a gorgeous brand new 2018 Civic Thursday night. Ken stayed well after hours to explain everything the car can do and I can tell everyone for a fact that most sales people won???t do that.
When we walked into Honda of Lincoln Scott Reineke greeted us at the door and asked us what we were looking for. We didnt have a big budget but he didnt treat us any differently. I can't say that about some of the other dealerships we stopped at that day. Scott treated us like we bought a $50,000 vehicle. The process was super smooth. I will recommend them to all of my friends and family that are looking for a car and will 100% be visiting Honda of Lincoln for our next purchase.
