My experience purchasing a vehicle at Crossroads of Lynchburg was truly a pleasant one. The process was smooth and my salesperson, Jeff Fleenor, was great to work with. He was quick in offering us assistance upon our arrival in the parking lot and remained helpful through the end of the process. He had a polite sense of humor which made the experience more comfortable and enjoyable. I would definitely consider Crossroads of Lynchburg for any future needs.
Stopped by Flow Honda to look at a 2012 used car. I really liked their no haggle price policy. I also liked the 100 K car warranty , free maintenance for 2 years , and if you change your mind about the car , you have three days to bring it back and they will cancel the sales contract. Really nice people too.

Bought this car after my Accura was in a bad accident. Did not want to spend the money again on a new Accura instead opted for a comparable car without the luxury tag. The Pilot has met those requirements. Large and roomy interior, wonderful updated safety features like the lane departure stutter in the steering wheel, the improved back up camera, the freeway pacing while on cruise control, the four cameras sensing approaching objects, and more. I would highly recommend this vehicle. My only complaint would be that captains chairs be available for second row seating without an upgrade to the touring model. It makes access to the third row more easily.
Frank was a friendly, approachable and knowledgeable guy with a sense of humor. We spent the entire day with him, and ended up with a great car. Going through the Costco program helped get our price down from the start.

Looks great, inside and out and runs like a dream. 3rd row seating and superior gas mileage makes it the best buy of its class.
This dealer was welcoming and great to be at. Our sales consultant Jake made the entire thing super easy. He was never pushy at all, answered all of our questions promptly, was very knowledgeable and was very upfront about everything we needed to know. I have never in my life had a more pleasant experience buying a car than I did with Jake. He even helped us move our things from our old car to our new one and stayed with us until we left the lot. At any time possible, I will be recommending Jake to anyone looking to buy a car!
Awesome service like always. Friendly staff. Waiting area is a very comfortable place to wait. Several tv's for customers to watch different things if need be.

We bought this car because of our family size and because it's got more third row leg room and overall room than any other "mid-size suv". Believe me, I test drove every single one of them. We have three boys that are 21, 18 and 14 who are all tall with long legs and we just went on a 2,600 mile (round trip) road trip and everyone was comfortable with plenty of room. The technology is great for kids, the ride is smooth and comfortable and the features are never ending.
Found a great deal on an Infiniti G37 but wanted my wife to check it out first. When we went the next day it was gone! While there, however, I learned about their terrific warranty plans so when when we saw the car I really wanted - a Jaguar XK - I didn't hesitate, knowing their warranty would ease any concerns I might have about this expensive-to-repair car. Again, when I went to this same location it had disappeared from their website! A helpful saleswoman told me one of their managers was driving it but it was mine if I wanted it - and I did!

I love the vehicle, it's perfect for my needs for my business and family. It is surprisingly good on gas for its size. My only complaint is the back up camera doesnt have a noise that is associated with it coming close to an object, which is pretty miniscule of a complaint :)
Professional service excellent customer service made the experience stress free I have used this dealer in the past and highly recommend it. The collision department did top quality work.

This car rides so very smooth but still has very nice performance. The vehicle rides high like a truck but like I said it doesn't ride like one. The interior and the technology that it has is simply amazing. We have never seen a vehicle as technically advanced as this one.
Our sales person, Isaac Elliott, was very knowledgeable, willing to answer all her questions, and patient. We got a good price and are very pleased with the entire experience. We would recommend Garber and Isaac.

Good inside space, quiet, handles nicely, good power, many standard safety features. I have the weather package and like the floor mats. Plenty of places to connect electronic devices. Could use more cup holders and more efficient console.
Last week on my drive to work my wiper blades stopped working, I was fortunate in that I was not far from Ralph Honda when it occurred. I explained the situation to Service Advisor Steve Pecora, and as is always the case when I have dealt with him, he was very accommodating. Even though he was short of technicians that day, he said he would get someone to look at my vehicle. When he realized the shuttle driver was going to take a while, he found someone else to take me to my place of work, Steve communicated what needed to be repaired, and the part I need was ordered and the repair was complete. Steve also had the technician complete some recall work that was needed, This type of customer service is why I have only had service performed at Ralph since I have owned my 2011 Accord.

The car is an excellent drive, it is very spacious in the back and front. Comfortable ride. I love all the new technology gadgets in the car
Friendly, Ivan attend us, treated my family with the upmost respect. Went the extra mile to show us the details of the suv we were asking about. Felt very comfortable and Ivan did not pressure us like they have done in other dealerships. The experience was great.
Jason Brown was an excellent Volvo sales ambassador. He was personable and extremely knowledgeable about the car. It was, by far, the smoothest and easiest deal I have ever made on a new car. The volvo xc40 is a fantastic car and loaded with tons of safety technology and pure fun features. Very roomy as well. I am very pleased.
