I have been dealing with Bianchi Honda for over 40 years. I have just purchased my 6th Honda and it was like all of the other times. Effortless and no drama. I have bought my second Odessey from Daniel Milhisler and it is always a pleasure to do business with hihm. Always professional and he knows his product. Dan is always available to answer any questions I might have about how to use some of the gadgets on the vehicle. He is available for this anytime in the life cycle of the van. Over the many years of dealing with Bianchi I have dealt with most of the different departments. From Sales to Service you can tell that Jason has instilled his customer care attitude throughout his organization. I have had many dealings with the service department over the years and Phil Pinyok has done a great job taking care of Bianchi customers service needs. I have never left Bianchi's not feeling satisfied that my needs were met. The quality of the Honda vehicles matched with the honest customer appreciation shown by the entire staff make it the reason that I don't go elsewhere for my transportation needs. Stopped by Flow Honda to look at a 2012 used car. I really liked their no haggle price policy. I also liked the 100 K car warranty , free maintenance for 2 years , and if you change your mind about the car , you have three days to bring it back and they will cancel the sales contract. Really nice people too.
Quick, answered all questions, explored wants/needs, took good care of me. Ron was awesome, he had 3 deals going on at the same time but checked in with me and knew I had limited time. He got me in and out of the whole transaction in about an hour.
It was nice to meet with Steve who has a lot of knowledge about the vehicle and also his experience let us know more about the car. So glad that you have such a wonderful people working in the dealer. It is. Nice experience

I didn???t expect to get to trade in a car I just bought a year ago but it happened at Toyota of Cleveland. My sales rep, Matt, went above and beyond to make this happen for me. Purchased an Acura MDX today. We were well taken care of by Nick and the entire staff. Went the extra mile to ensure we knew and understood all the features. No pressure whatsoever. Kept the grandchildren happy thru the process. Did most of the preliminaries over the phone. It was well worth the 1 1/2hour drive. I first visited the website to look at their inventory and then called in and spoke with Elliot to ask additional questions. He invited me into the showroom and promised me an easy deal with no haggle. When I arrived at the showroom my vehicle was ready for the test drive even though I had already went through the approval process over the phone which took about 10 minutes. Elliott was very professional and knowledgeable. Elliott made me feel very comfortable and was very nice to work with. Overall I am satisfied with this buying experience and I would highly recommend if anyone's looking for a new or used vehicle to go on down and leave what you want! I called in on Wednesday morning and Ken answered the call. He was able to keep up with my questions and what I wanted in my car. I also let him know my mother bought her Civic here back in 2012 so if they???re as good to me as they are to her, they have a customer for life. Needless to say Ken was absolutely amazing. He answered every single question my boyfriend and I had and wasn???t pushy at all. He worked with us on the trade value of my 2013 Soul and I left with a gorgeous brand new 2018 Civic Thursday night. Ken stayed well after hours to explain everything the car can do and I can tell everyone for a fact that most sales people won???t do that.
Mr. Fife was very friendly and helpful when I brought my car in for a check-up. He was no-nonsense and speedy in his assessment. He didn't sugarcoat anything and told me exactly what was wrong, outlining the priority problems and what could probably wait. He made sure to let me know how I could save money and made what could've been a stressful service experience very pleasant and easy.
