Ryan is a good customer service rep

I made an appt for a recall. Kim made the appt for me and took all important info. Upon arrival, all the reps were super busy. I waited for @15 mins until Ryan invited me over to his desk to discuss what I needed. He was friendly, professional, attentive , courteous, and capable. He told me it would take @1 1/2 hours. He offered to give me a ride somewhere to pass the time. (I declined. Instead I walked @a mile down 159th street to a Mexican restaurant, sat on their patio, soaked in the sun, drank a refreshing pina colada, and ate lunch. It was a great day all the way around. ) I arrived back at the dealership a few minutes early, checked in with Ryan, and he said my car was ready???at no charge to me. Honda took care of the recall costs, Ryan got my van serviced in a timely manner, and I got to relax in the sun. Again???great day all around.
