Excellent customer service & Quality Service

We bought our Honda Accord from Hopkins Honda in the twin cities and within a year the battery went dead. We didn't want to go all the way to the cities and thought of taking a chance with Luther Mankato. Boy were we glad we did that. I was pleasantly surprised of how well they received me and my wife. Ben the service manager let us know about what would be done and asked us if we needed a shuttle. We needed one as we had some shopping to do at Sams. By the time we got back, Ben let us know that the battery died and they replaced with a brand new battery. We were happy to get things done and head back home. Only then did we hear the rumbling sound on the car and we called back to inform Ben that we had this issue with the sound. He asked us to bring it back in the next day or 2. We went back in and they did a thorough diagnosis to finally see that the problem was because the screws on the remote starter that was installed on our car was not fixed properly. So much for installing the remote starter at Hopkins Honda. Well Anyways Jens told me that Mike would be looking into it and would fix it properly and they fixed the issue and checked it back again to be sure if there was anything wrong. I was given updates every hr and they let me know what was going on. In the end they waived off the fee for fixing the issue although it wasn't a mistake done by them. I could say in this day of age where dealerships like to rip customers off their hard earned money, Luther Honda Mankato is a rarity. I don't know how the dealership is but the service department is just amazing. My wife and I have decided to do our servicing from this point on at Luther Honda Mankato. Once again, I would like to thank Ben, Jens and my service technician Mike for doing an awesome job.
