My review is a little late, as the vehicle was purchased last month, December, 2015. After some initial texting, emails and missed phone calls, we were finally able to meet with Samuel to select a vehicle. I had previously informed him of my financial situation and the type of vehicle I was interested in. We finally made a decision on a used Volkswagen Jetta that I liked. Why did I choose to visit Penske Honda of Ontario when I have a vast selection of dealerships where I live and work? I was looking for a specific year/model and they had one of the two available for sale in the state of California. Why did I choose to buy from Penske Honda of Ontario? The brand speaks for itself, I fell in love with the car BUT it was the customer service that helped seal the deal. I have had my share of bad experiences and good experiences in car buying but this one was THE best especially considering the particularity of my financial health. After my credit took a blow from a recent economic hardship, I was apprehensive of stepping into a dealership or engaging any financial institution. I did not wish to be put in a bad light and judged merely because of my credit situation. At the same time, I didn't necessarily need the car so I was in a good position to decline any outrageous, high-interest offers. Well, it didn't take long for my unease to dissipate, or even form rather. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed. Everyone had a smile and actually knew my name! Not only was I greeted by the sales staff, service manager and finance manager but the President and General Manager, Bill McGrath, himself. I must preface this by disclosing I did reach out to Mr. McGrath directly to inquire about the car and financing options. What I didn't expect was for him to personally respond, and so promptly! With that I knew, it would be worth a trip to Ontario (which by the way is right off the 15 freeway; and a couple of other things to note: they have a courtesy shuttle and service is open both Saturday and Sunday). I had the opportunity to test drive the vehicle and after an honest dialogue about my finances, I was met by their just as honest feedback -- and an offer. This took me by surprise, yet it was refreshing that they had taken me seriously and utilized previously provided information to generate numbers. And they weren't bad looking numbers! What eventually led me to sign papers that night was their responsiveness and willingness to help my situation. I didn't feel as though they were trying to take advantage of me or make a quick profitable sale on my account. In fact, I don't think they made much off my transaction! They listed a number of items on the due bill of pre-existing conditions with the car, which weren't exactly a deal breaker but I would have liked to see addressed. This they handled during my subsequent service visit, and more! There were a couple of items that went unnoticed during the signing but when I brought it to their attention, it was immediately handled. Now, why am I so excited about this whole experience? Because customer service is rare and theirs was exceptional (and I LOVE my car). On a number of occasions they went above and beyond - did I mention two porters worked overtime to deliver my new car home? Oh and the Special Finance manager Jaime (no, I did not spell his name wrong), he is very knowledgeable and was instrumental in pushing forth an efficient negotiation. And Mr. McGrath? He was there every step of the way! For top management to be ever so present and involved means a lot! Everyone worked so harmoniously together and provided for a seamless transaction. Even after the purchase, they remain attentive and consistent in their care and communication of my car needs. Just as with the Honda line of cars, the individuals that make up Penske Honda Ontario are quality and performance driven. You can't expect anything less of this team because they are the epitome of Helpful Honda.

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. This is my second vehicle purchased from Vroom in the last 12 months, and I can't imagine ever buying a used car from a brick-and-mortar dealership again. I started looking for a new car (because my step-daughter was inheriting my vehicle) in the winter of 2016. It took me until July of 2017 to find a car I adored and a dealership I trusted. Ironically, I traveled all over NC and SC to find a car, and ended up buying from a dealership less than 5 miles from my house. My salesman was Allen. Allen was professional and courteous. When my wife emailed him about the vehicle (she saw it online), he responded to her email immediately. He was honest and forthcoming, and I appreciated that. He was knowledgeable about the car during the test drive, and answered all my questions and then some. He worked with me negotiating the price, and afterward, he helped me schedule the paperwork in advance because I was planning on heading out of town for the weekend. Even though he had sold multiple vehicles that day, he made me feel special and important. Every question I had, he had a response that assured me everything would be OK. Not to mention, within the first week of having the car, I found a small (the size of a grain of rice) piece of paint missing from the driver's side door, and Allen told me I could bring it in and have it repaired, free of charge. And that is precisely what happened. When I texted, he texted back; when I called, he answered. He was truly amazing. Mr. Joseph really helped me understand the financing portion of the purchase - even though I was paying cash, he simplified the process and broke it down so I could understand it. He even helped me purchase a service package, and explained the benefits. His efforts saved me a ton of stress and even more money in servicing visits over the years. He was great! Overall, this visit was so easy and stress-free. I would certainly recommend this dealership! A+ all the way!

Was welcomed by a service associate immediately while he held the door open for me. Had an appt for a courtesy diagnostic to be done to determine the issue with my 2004 Honda Civic. After the problem was determined I was given the information along with what the cost would be for the repair. The work was completed in a timely manner and for less than the estimate that I had been given. The problem was repaired and I was on with the rest of my day. Extremely well though out. All the new technology is easy to use, and very helpful. It is very sure footed on the snow. Honda has done a good job of reducing road noise and quieting the HVAC fan noise. It is a very comfortable ride with a ton of power while producing good fuel economy.

Let me start out by saying my family and I have not purchased a brand new vehicle from a dealership since 2002. However my parents car was getting very old (1998 Honda Accord) and unsafe to drive so we looked into a Toyota as they are one of the most (if not most) reliable and dependable brands among car manufacturers. My father wanted a Corolla so I started doing my research on pricing and submitted my offer to 6-8 dealerships in the valley. That was until Ron Munday had contacted me that same day, he was not the first salesman I spoke with over the phone however he was the only salesman that left a great impression (calm and patient) on me that day. He claimed Big Two Toyota would beat anyone's pricing as long as I brought him a certified quote from a competing dealership. I took up his offer and drove to the dealership to very next day to negotiate further on pricing and he did not lie at all when he said he could beat any competitors' pricing. I did not the purchase the vehicle that same day as my father wanted it to discuss pricing with my mother however the very next morning I had contacted competing dealerships to ensure my pricing was the lowest and indeed no one in the valley wanted to sell me a brand new 2017 Corolla SE for what Big Two Toyota was selling it to me for. Knowing that, I closed the deal with Mr. Munday that same morning (8/12/2017) and I can honestly say even though it is my first time purchasing a car through a dealership, I can speak volumes of how professional Ron Munday and Big Two treated my family and I. We felt welcomed and apart of the family the second we stepped foot into the dealership. Honestly, even if other dealerships were quoting a cheaper price I would have gladly given the sale to Mr. Munday for his professionalism and enthusiasm throughout the entire process and having to put up with me. He even gone as far as feeding my whole family to lunch while our new car was getting washed and ready to drive off the lot. Overall I am 110% satisfied and would recommend ANYONE to shop at Big Two Toyota as they demonstrate and deliver an excellent car buying experience. I can say I am a life-long customer at Big Two Toyota and our next future purchase will definitely be through this dealership again. Ask for Ron Munday, you will not be disappointed!

I do love this dealership. Weve bought multiple cars with them, and everyone is always amazing to work with! The only thing I could possibly say that needs to be fixed is the waiting area seating. Monday the waiting area was completely full, and I ended up sitting on the sales floor. Now, the beat part is that I was having a service that usually takes around 3 hours but was out in about 1 1/2!

Leather on seats are peeling off - they have replaced but continue to have the issue. Never had this issue with leather before. Very nice ride, beautiful in every way and reliable. I love it!!

From start to finish this was the easiest car buying process I've ever had the pleasure to be a part of. I had visited roughly 15 other Central Florida dealers and they were all the same, they all wanted to play their dealer games. This is where Mullinax stands out. I was greeted by Nick Lange and right away both me and my father felt welcomed and knew we were in good hands. I have been taking my 2008 Honda CR-V into Ray Laks for service since I purchased it new. The latest was for diagnostic for problems with warning lights coming on and off and the "D" light (drive light indicator) flashing. They found an extra ordinary irregular problem with the main control module. Since I am on a very limited income as a retiree, they help me with the amount it cost for the diagnostic. Nevertheless ... when and IF I am ever able to purchase a new vehicle, it will be from Ray Laks Honda.

My wife and I came into the Infiniti dealership in Tampa just 15 minutes before closing. Kevin met us at the door and stayed with us until we closed the deal. I have been purchasing/leasing car for over 30 years. The experience with Kevin was, by far, the best experience I have ever had. To put it in perspective, car purchasing is one of my very least favorite things to do. I have had absolutely horrible experiences over the years, with dishonest, lying and manipulative salesman that have zero integrity. Unfortunately car salesmen, in general, have earned their less than satisfactory reputations. Kevin is an extreme exception. He walked us to several QX80???s. We could not devide between two colors, but definitely wanted the 22??? wheels. Kevin offered to find a vehicle with those wheels, in one of the colors we liked. He had 10+ vehicles in the lot, yet did not try to push us into any of them. He found for us exactly what we wanted. Kevin had a very in depth knowledge of the QX80. He has obviously spent many hours learning and understanding the details of this highly technical vehicle. I felt like I was learning from an expert trainer, not a car sales man. And we had not yet made a deal. Not once during the deal, did we feel even the slightest amount of pressure or manipulation attempts, (which is very common in my experience). Although we did not fully agree on the price of the QX80, nor the value of my trade, the negotiation was comfortable and fair. We both moved enough to make a reasonable deal. Once we made the deal, Kevin got our new vehicle ready for us while George handled the paperwork. George is a young and very knowledgeable professional. He was friendly and easy to talk too. All the paperwork was ready to sign and in order so that the process would go quickly. It took about 20 minutes. Which is exceptional. By the time we finished signing, Kevin had our car detailed and ready to go. This is at 10:30 pm. They closed at 8:00, yet still had personnel on site to prep our new car. I did not expect this at all. We saw the manager twice, just briefly. I do not remember his name, which is not a bad thing. It is because Kevin and George handled their business. so there was little need for a managers involvement with us. I will say that the manager was welcoming, genuine and made us feel comfortable. When we got in our new car, we were ready to drive off. Kevin got in the car and spent another 20+ minutes going over the details of the InTouch process. He connect both my wife???s and my phones. We now have a very good, general understanding of how to use most features in the highly technical vehicle. Kevin welcomed is to the Infiniti family. This could be a very cliche comment. However, he meant it. He offered to review anything we needed at any time. Kevin is a first class, car sales professional. He genuinely cares about his customers and wants them to be happy. Infiniti of Tampa should be very proud to employ people like Kevin and George. We will definitely come back to Tampa Infiniti and we???ll share our experience with friends and family. My hope is that Kevin and George both receive some sort of significant recognition as a result of this review. I have always been a very bitter customer when it comes to vehicle purchases, due to so many years of repeated bad expedited. So this feed back does not come easy. In this case, it was absolutely earned. Thank you Kevin and George.
