My first new Honda after selling GM BMW Chrysler and Subaru for 34 years. Good quality so far very reliable. Don’t like the auto start feature but this can be turned off. 3 rows without paying for a full size GM or Ford. Workmanship and fit and finish is good

Had a great experience with Jordan. Very knowledgeable and not pushy like most all other dealerships. I started the process months ago and the only dealerships I revisited were the ones that did not push, push, push. Jordan offered additional services if and when I need help since I am not tech saavy. Keep up the great work and I will recommend Autonation Honda and Jordan to anyone.

The electronics are not easy to acclamate to, and some are downright difficult to figure out. You have to know how to do it, as the system does not lead or assist you. So, you have to look everything up and even then, it's frustrating. I had to Google how to turn off the Lane Departure assist, and after following that step by step, it still didn't turn off. It says it's off, but we still get the alarm, eetc.I also have a 2025 Subaru and I don't have any of these problems. I like driving it, I like the room in the interior, and I like the looks. I have the Trail Sport.

I worked with Jensen Vallarelli. I knew exactly the car I wanted and the price range. As I did with other dealers, I gave the same info. After some time, he came with an offer. It was a bit in the upper side of the range but still within. Unfortunately the car was sold quickly and then he started looking to find the same car again. Then he mentioned he had in inventory another car with some options, a little more than I was expecting. After some negotiations, we came to a price that from my research, was below the average. It turned out that due my needs when grandkids visit, the options will be useful. Pretty straight forward working with Jensen (John, a manager at same dealerships also helped making this desl happen). Overall pretty happy with the negotiations and it was a pleasure working with Jensen.

A welcoming environment and friendly, respectful and professional treatment is what I experienced on my first visit to Westshore Honda, located at 2522 N Dale Mabry Hwy, where I was impressed by the salesman Jeremy Rodriguez whose treatment went beyond the simple negotiation for the sale of a car, being kind, patient and attentive to my requirements and questions but also helped me solve a problem with the battery in the service department, where by the way I was also treated with courtesy and respect, achieving that the negotiation was to my complete satisfaction. Impossible to say less about the financial manager Mr. Jonathan Martinez whose role in the successful acquisition of the Honda Accord was decisive. His patience and versatility in finding solutions leave no doubt about his experience in good customer service achieving the financing of the car within the framework of my expectations. This week, at Regal Lakeland, I had a commendable buying experience thanks to an exceptional salesman, Victor Estrada. His integrity, relatability, and advocacy resulted in my wife getting the exact car she wanted at a very fair price. After test driving this specific Honda CRV model at 4 other dealerships, I was getting annoyed at hearing the same sales tactics and cliches over and over again. By contrast, it was refreshing to meet Victor when my wife and I walked into his office. He was a good listener and paid close attention to my wife's priorities before her test drive. He was also patient in explaining, in layman's terms, some of the advanced safety features this car was equipped with. She was impressed with this CPO car. Victor was able to secure a fair price on a fine vehicle that should last for years. Regal Lakeland will be my first stop when replacing my vehicle next year. I have been having really good experiences with Crown Honda over the last 4 years. The work is done well and expeditiously. The service advisors Mathew Gordon and Xavier Montes have been very helpful interfacing the customer with the mechanic. It has worked very well. I needed to wait through the lunch period and appreciated the paid uber transportation to and from a local restaurant. I plan on using Crown Honda in the future as I plan on keeping my 2019 HRV

Mike in service is amazing, after our Honda was towed in Mike explained everything throughly and got us fixed & out the door the same day! Jake in sales offered to pick us up and drive us to the dealership instead of waiting for the tow truck! Fantastic customer service all around!
