Sales lady was very personable, not pushy and listened to my needs and wants. I was in and out in 2 hours and felt quite comfortable with finance manager as well. He took his time with me to explain everything and answer my questions. I love my new vehicle and am very happy with the deal that I was able to get. I won't go anywhere else :)
I was looking for a awd suv for my daughter and found a crv in my price range. The process was pretty quick compared to previous experiences at other dealerships. What made it a pleasent experience, is that they didn't make me feel like this was the last car on earth and had to buy that day. Would recommend 100%
Have been shopping around for a new Honda Insight for a few weeks... Luckily, Hazleton Honda had several. The whole process was very smooth, prompt, and low pressure! Will definitely recommend Hazleton Honda to friends and family in the future.
Dealt with Kevin on a new Tacoma ,he never pressured us and the service is great. The Toyota dealership is the cleanest around. We have dealt with other Toyota dealerships in the past but we will come back here again?!

Salesperson (Travis) was great: friendly, responsive to messages, and right to the point with no unnecessary back and forth on pricing. Easiest and most stress free purchase from a dealer that I've ever had. Service department was the opposite, I was pretty dissatisfied. Impossible to make an appointment within a reasonable amount of time which left me covering the entire cost to fix some minor issues myself that would have otherwise been converted under warranty -- had I been able to get the car in to them to have them work on it in a reasonable amount of time. Lack of after-the-sale service ruined an otherwise positive experience for me at this dealership.
My daughter buying her first real car. She found the perfect vehicle for her needs. Very responsive, friendly and they showed a genuine interest in helping based on our specific needs and budget. Based on our experience, we would definitely go back again.
Searched online for used truck they had one close to my price range worked with Stephen internet sales . He answered all my question s and negotiated a good price . Went to take on test drive worked with Steve in sales who was also very helpful .Bought the truck process was in a very timely fashion. Emailed with couple questions several days later replied same day . experience was very pleasant
Saw car online & JT helped me put a refundable deposit. B4 visiting I asked if any alert lights were on. He said no. When we test drove it had Air bag light on. He said it had been on when they got it but they reset it & it didn’t go back on till now. Negotiated 2 take $750 off & we’d fixit. Had 30 day warranty which we used when check engine light went on 25 days after purchase
Out of the way from Lancaster but worth every mile!
I searched all over and via the Internet and couldn’t find a better deal! Everyone at the dealer was personable and our salesperson Dave was knowledgeable and easy to work with.
