This week, at Regal Lakeland, I had a commendable buying experience thanks to an exceptional salesman, Victor Estrada. His integrity, relatability, and advocacy resulted in my wife getting the exact car she wanted at a very fair price. After test driving this specific Honda CRV model at 4 other dealerships, I was getting annoyed at hearing the same sales tactics and cliches over and over again. By contrast, it was refreshing to meet Victor when my wife and I walked into his office. He was a good listener and paid close attention to my wife's priorities before her test drive. He was also patient in explaining, in layman's terms, some of the advanced safety features this car was equipped with. She was impressed with this CPO car. Victor was able to secure a fair price on a fine vehicle that should last for years. Regal Lakeland will be my first stop when replacing my vehicle next year. No complaints overall on performance and durability. Only drawbacks is road noise. If you like to avoid road noise, this car is not for you. noise is too much than expected. i even went to Honda dealer to report noise, they replied me this is normal honda noise.

This car is a big step up from a Nissan Altima. Lots of space and the ride is smooth. The engine is a bit noisy when idle(clicking noise from the direct injection), and there's also a drone sound when acceleratinf beyond 60mph(not sure if this could be cause of the new tires or not), but other than those noises, it's a smooth machine!

Ask for Bradley B. at Regal Honda of Lakeland, he is the best! He goes above and beyond for his customers and tries to help as much as possible. He is a professional and polite salesperson. There was no-pressure and I didn’t feel rushed. It was a very positive car shopping experience.

After almost 180,000 trouble-free miles with our 2015 Pilot and an excellent Honda dealer near by, we really didn’t look hard at anything but another Pilot when it was time for a new car. Our EXL, purchased in March 2024, just turned 20,000 miles. We have had no issues with it, and the trip computer says we have averaged 27.1 mpg over the last 5500 miles. That is about 4.5 mpg better than the 2015. The good: It is extremely roomy and comfortable, even the third-row seats. We are very pleased with the fuel economy for a vehicle of this size. The headlights are the best we’ve had on any vehicle. I really like the rugged looks, especially compared the the previous generation. It’s great on snowy and slippery surfaces. The not-as-good: This is my first vehicle with all the modern safety aids. I find the lane-departure system annoying, especially in construction zones. The first time I backed out of the garage with bikes on a hitch-mounted carrier, the car automatically slammed on the brakes so hard I thought I ran into something. (Pro tip: Use tow mode when hauling bikes.) I don’t use the adaptive cruise control because it starts matching the speed of the vehicle ahead long before I would normally change lanes to pass, even with the system adjusted accordingly. However, I can’t see that future vehicles will have FEWER of these features, so I suppose I will just have to get used to them.

Definitely an upgrade of our 2017 Pilot. All black leather interior, driver memory settings. White exterior already getting good gas mileage. Haven't had this Pilot a month yet and we're still learning about all the extras. I had a Honda vehicle since 1988. Traded the old Honda in With 141,000 miles.

Great quiet comfortable road car. I commute between cities about 500 miles, and appreciate the performance, seat comfort, handling, quiet cabin, and decent mileage (about 32 at 70mph, about 29 at 80mph). Only hitch is the cabin controls being a reach from the drivers seat, and having to look over. Mine has a CD player which is great for books and music on the long drives.

It rides very well it's room for All My Children their wagons car seats and everything I need for them there's plenty of room to me it looks like a bus but it's reliable and I like it

Have always owned the Odyssey. Still probably my favorite. Pilot is beautiful inside and out. I got the black edition. Could have more vents for a/c and storage space. Rides quiet and smooth. Easy to drive long distances. Averages about 20 mpg

Lakeland Regal Kia are the best!!!! They go above and beyond for their customers both in sales and in the service department. Their facility is always clean and they make sure you have snacks, drinks and also make sure you are comfortable in the waiting areas. I was comparing a Cadillac XT6 and the Honda Pilot Touring. I drove both vehicles over the same rough stretch of interstate road, with rough concrete and noisy expansion joints. The Cadillac was 67.2 dB in the rear seat. The expansion joint could be felt, but not a jarring bump. The Honda was 67.2 dB in the rear seat, with the same feel when hitting the expansion joints. The Honda was markedly larger. Both width and interior height. With the Honda having a better long-term reputation for economy, reliability, and cost of maintenance, it was the obvious choice for me.

The Pilot car is a reliable spacious family suv. Only annoyance is the lane assist appears to be too sensitive especially when driving windy 2 lane roads. Suggest change factory tires for snow driving as opposed to CR-V that held better on standard tires. Only minor complaints vehicle is a good pick.

Near a perfect vehicle and purchase experience. Best SUV I've owned even better than my last two Acuras MDX. Better than Toyota in many ways including pleasing to the eye, performance and power. I'd purchase again

Today, 12/28/2024, I went to Winter Haven Honda with some service questions and operation questions for my 2024 Honda CRV. I spoke to George and David in the service department. They were so helpful and took time not only to answer my questions, but to also show me how to operate some of the built in features. This is the first Honda I have ever owned and will likely be the last as I expect it to out live me lol. We travel back and too from North Georgia to SW Florida and the car is so comfortable that I make the drive in one day. We get good gas mileage and the Pilot is a nice looking car with plenty of power.
