No complaints overall on performance and durability. Only drawbacks is road noise. If you like to avoid road noise, this car is not for you. noise is too much than expected. i even went to Honda dealer to report noise, they replied me this is normal honda noise.

It rides very well it's room for All My Children their wagons car seats and everything I need for them there's plenty of room to me it looks like a bus but it's reliable and I like it

Have always owned the Odyssey. Still probably my favorite. Pilot is beautiful inside and out. I got the black edition. Could have more vents for a/c and storage space. Rides quiet and smooth. Easy to drive long distances. Averages about 20 mpg

I chose Liberty Honda after doing research and tons of test driving at multiple dealerships. They won out because I decided on a Honda and I had such a good experience test driving there. Lori was so helpful, NOT pushy and overall really great to work with. Lori understood I wanted to take my time, do my research and wait until I found the RIGHT car. I had a HORRIBLE experience at Middletown Nissan the week before because they took my car keys to value my trade and then were CRAZY pushy and more or less demanded I buy from them right then and there and didn't give me back my keys so I couldn't leave--I finally told them I refused to be pushed into buying a car and would ABSOLUTELY NOT be purchasing that evening, so they finally relented. Once I picked a car the rest was easy...Liberty got me GREAT financing (I was shocked because I knew my credit score!) and gave me a fair price on my trade. Plus the car price wasn't inflated so I didn't have to play around for hours "haggling" Being a single woman can be tough when it comes to car shopping because sales people tend to be very pushy and that's NOT how I roll! I was comparing a Cadillac XT6 and the Honda Pilot Touring. I drove both vehicles over the same rough stretch of interstate road, with rough concrete and noisy expansion joints. The Cadillac was 67.2 dB in the rear seat. The expansion joint could be felt, but not a jarring bump. The Honda was 67.2 dB in the rear seat, with the same feel when hitting the expansion joints. The Honda was markedly larger. Both width and interior height. With the Honda having a better long-term reputation for economy, reliability, and cost of maintenance, it was the obvious choice for me.

Honda makes a very reliable vehicle. The Pilot comes with a bevy of extras and has a very smooth ride for a medium sized SUV.

Worked with Todd and Charlie. Bought used 2020 BMW 330xdrive. Fair, if not cheapest price. Moderate doc fee. Gave very generous trade price on old BMW. Pre-purchase inspection showed 1 tire with low tread; they replaced all 4. Very easy to work with; very good deal.

3rd Pilot owned in last 15 years. Each with more advanced features. Always reliable if you do all the required maint. Always a good trade value too, even with 100K + miles ! Combination of practical space, reliability, fuel economy , and performance can't be beat......Love my Honda !!

I bought my 2014 Pilot Touring 4x4 used 4 years ago with 67k miles on her. We're at 150k now still going strong other than tires and routine maintenance no issues at all. She handles great on all terrain and in all weather, shes big enough to haul the family around town, move across the country in comfort or a weekend at the lake and you'd never know there was a trailer or a boat behind you. They did lose a star on the exterior for the paint peel on the roof above the windshield as others have mentioned.

i think car max got it right when they make you an offer they are serious.it is good for 7 days and the process is rather seamless

Great quiet comfortable road car. I commute between cities about 500 miles, and appreciate the performance, seat comfort, handling, quiet cabin, and decent mileage (about 32 at 70mph, about 29 at 80mph). Only hitch is the cabin controls being a reach from the drivers seat, and having to look over. Mine has a CD player which is great for books and music on the long drives.

This is the first Honda I have ever owned and will likely be the last as I expect it to out live me lol. We travel back and too from North Georgia to SW Florida and the car is so comfortable that I make the drive in one day. We get good gas mileage and the Pilot is a nice looking car with plenty of power.

Bought a 2026 CR-V hybrid. Salesman was Henry. He deserves 5 stars. The guy is personable, honest, authentic and was very helpful during the process. The sales manager, eddie, was instrumental in helping us get a better deal. And the finance manager, Sherry, was very patient with my multiple questions about warranties. Overall, a positive car buying experience.

This is a nice SUV that is not flashy, but it does its job carrying the people and running errands around town. It’s also nice for longer trips.
