I needed a new car to replace a car that was involved in an accident. I called up Luxury & Imports since I've purchased 3 cars from them before and told them what I needed. They were able to get my daughter in a new car within days. They listened to what I needed and solved my problem. I have enjoyed every car I have purchased from them. Just retired a chrysler van that I bought from them 12 years ago!
5+ Star for Sales team. Great experience. Works well with customer. Paper handling and title/registration dept "upstairs" is AWFUL. 1 month from buying and still not received papers. False promised 3 times already saying its mailed out (outright lies). Everytime you call they have excuse for lying previous time. Now my tag expires in 3 days with no papers in hand. That's the "LEGENDS WAY" I guess..
I needed a new battery. Zac found that I also needed new filters, which he brought out and showed me. I also needed new wiper blades. He was very friendly and helpful I didn't feel pressure to do anything . He is a good employee.
Took my car in a couple of months ago to have my A/C looked at. Zac was the service person helping me. It was the easiest and the most painless service experience I've ever had. I actually never write reviews, but Zac was so friendly and helpful, that it seemed like a disservice not to say something about him. Every experience I've had at Honda of Tiffany Springs has been excellent, but the experience I had with Zac was world class.
Mike was so accommodating at a moment when all seemed to be in shambles following a home invasion where my daughter's keys were stolen. Service was timely, professional and dependable. I took our 2016 CR-V in for service on a Saturday morning. Kevin Selvidge was my Service Advisor. He answered all my questions and the work was done promptly and right the first time. I appreciate the courteous and responsive service and attitude. I'll be using Kevin and his team for all future work on our CR-V.
Kevin is an awesome Service Advisor. He is extremely polite and courteous. He explains what service my car need and works out the best plan at the best cost. I consider him to be honest and I highly reccommend him.

I had a great experience as far as communication and response to my concerns. I really liked the idea of buying a car online but the prices aren't that great. I know shipping is a cost but I would like lower prices.
If you want an excellent experience ask for Dennis. We went there to look at a specific car we had found online and Dennis was friendly, genuine, and just an overall wonderful person. We were ready to pay list price for the car, then Todd walked in and after a brief conversation with him the situation began to erode. It was clear he was distrustful and did not have a good attitude.
We ended up negotiating an acceptable figure and purchasing it, but it was because of Dennis' friendly and courteous attitude that we had gotten to that point. Had we worked with Todd from the outset we would've gone elsewhere.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
Just purchased a CPO Lexus from the dealership. I live in Des Moines. Dealing with Alexai and Hendrick Lexus was truly a good experience. I assumed it would be difficult dealing with an out of state dealer. Not so. No hassle and pressure and the deal was great. Would recommend both to anyone. Will shop there again.
I posted my car on Craigslist. Never heard of Caravana before. Tom Perkins called me and told me about Caravan. He send me the link. Put a few information and walaaa, got my reasonable offer for my car. I attached a picture of my drivers license and the title of the car on the website. Made appointment to have them pick up the car, gave me my check......done. Seriously, it was that easy. Tom Perkins followed up the whole time with a text how the process is going. Best service. My husband and I had a wonderful experience at Honda of Olathe purchasing our new 2019 Odyssey Minivan. Our amazing sales person was Tim Tilghman and we really appreciated all of the effort and time he spent with us. Tim was very informative on all the new features that the Odyssey had to offer our family and was always very responsive to our questions and phone calls. He was helpful in every way possible along our decision making process. This was our 4th car that we purchased from Olathe Dealership - but first car with "Honda of Olathe" (the previous 3 were from Frank Ancona) and we were very impressed with their process - very smooth and easy. I can't speak highly enough about how great we feel about our new Odyssey and how grateful we are to Tim and the "Honda of Olathe" team.

I couldn’t be happier with my car-buying experience at Honda of Olathe. It was as streamlined and professional as I’ve ever seen. Sales Associate, Steven Jackson was friendly, knowledgeable, and a great help with the features of the car that I wasn’t familiar with. Business Manager, Katie Wilson made sure that my car would be taken care of beyond the manufacturer’s warranty and that my maintenance would also be covered the way I prefer. General Sales Manager, Dave Heitman was a tremendous help every step of the way. Start to finish, I was in and out within a couple of hours.
These people are the greatest to deal with. They did not try to pressure us to buy. They just told us the facts and let us chose. It took about three weeks for us to decide and every time we talked to them they always were friendly. My wife went to check out the car before we bought it and was surprised that she could walk in and talk to the lady at the desk and have a good conversation. No one bothering her. She asked for Denny and he came to the desk to meet her. Not pushy like most places, brought the car up for her to drive and explained how it operated. Wonderful experience.

My experience at Honda of Olathe was the best time ever. All of the employees were so kind and very engaging to help met your needs. This is my first Honda experience and it was GREAT!!
This is such a refreshing change from the normal used car dealership. This man really puts taking care of his customers ahead of profit. The whole process took about an hour and a half, but that was partly because he wanted to make sure the car got inspected and everything was in order before we left the lot. I feel like I got a very fair deal and I will highly recommend Sunshine Auto Sales to my friends looking for a quality used vehicle.
