Service was excellent, as usual, BUT the service department was backed up for over an hour. I made an appointment, yet they could not get to me promptly. They should have NOT scheduled me if they did not have the time to get to me promptly.
I had the best car purchase experience at Jay Wolfe! I started working with Russ King when I found out that Honda was bringing the Civic Type R to the United States finally. The release of the car was still months out but Russ put me on his list and updated me with any information he heard about the car. He kept me well informed, knowing how excited I was about this car. I felt like he was as excited for me as I was for the car to be released. This is a limited production car that most dealerships will only receive one or two of. Even knowing this, Russ and Jay Wolfe didn't mark the car's price up like so many other dealerships have done (others marked it up $2k to $20k!). They had higher offers for it than what Russ and I had discussed but he and Jay Wolfe kept to what we had discussed for pricing MSRP plus accessories. Now that's a dealership with integrity! They are a for profit business and it would have been easy for them to have decided to sell it for much more and make more profit, but they didn't. They kept to their word and made a customer for life! If you don't think this is that special, search online for the 2017 Civic Type R and dealer markups. There are plenty of people in a similar situation where at the last minute their dealership marked up the car by thousands of dollars. Thank you Russ and Jay Wolfe for being a solid business with integrity! I will definitely be back again when it's time to replace my wife's Odyssey.
I live in St Louis and had been looking for the right car for a while. I found the perfect 2013 Subaru Forester on LSH’s website and put the car on hold after talking to Leslie. She was very helpful and made the process easy.
I flew into KC and picked up the car yesterday. Austen and Darryl helped me to close the sale. They had already detailed the car and prepared paperwork before I arrived. All I had to do was test drive, talk about financing/warranties and sign. The paperwork didn’t take long, they made sure I was 100% comfortable with everything, patiently answered all of the questions I had, (I’m not very knowledgeable about cars and likely asked some stupid questions!) and had me out the door in about two hours. It was not the all day, stressful situation I’ve learned to expect from other dealerships!
This was definitely the best experience I’ve had buying a car. The entire staff seemed very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend going to them!
Don Pelzer has been our Service Consultant for years. He has always been great to work with. He is very personable which we appreciated as many in the automotive service industry are not. He takes his time to explain what and why we need a particular repair and/or service.
Samantha & Everett are the best! They both have helped me every step of the way for me finally deciding on my new HRV and they had to make a short trip to get my new car and truly appreciate it! Adam the finance guy was helpful and friendly as well. Great job everyone involved 😊
Going for service at O'Neill Honda is like visiting family. I just love chatting with Norm. He is patience, knowledgeable and has such an adorable personality. I only regret that more that I have a new Honda, I am not required to visit as often.
I bought a car from out of state from Don Qually and he was extremely helpful with transporting the car to get inspected and for routine services provided. He was fair, direct and helpful. The car is performing great as expected. I am very happy with my purchase. I would recommend Qually's Auto to anyone looking for a solid car at a fair price.
Overall was rated only "good" in place of excellent due to issues beyond Edward Santana's control. The new car required some body repair which required some delays/inconveniences. The future looks good for Edwardo professionally. We are pleased with him and on request will send him new business.
5+ Star for Sales team. Great experience. Works well with customer. Paper handling and title/registration dept "upstairs" is AWFUL. 1 month from buying and still not received papers. False promised 3 times already saying its mailed out (outright lies). Everytime you call they have excuse for lying previous time. Now my tag expires in 3 days with no papers in hand. That's the "LEGENDS WAY" I guess..
Shawn Lemieux and his helper Carter were awesome to deal with. I said there was no stress involved in this Pilot trade in! I would highly recommend asking for these two when you are in the car shopping market!
I needed a new battery. Zac found that I also needed new filters, which he brought out and showed me. I also needed new wiper blades. He was very friendly and helpful I didn't feel pressure to do anything . He is a good employee.
My husband found a car online from here. He called them up and spoke with Robert Cosgrove about meeting with him to test drive this car out. While speaking, my husband pointed out that there weren't any pictures of the inside of the car online. Robert went out and took a video of the inside and out of the car and sent it over to us so we could see it before we went. When we showed up he was very prompt to meet us and already had the car up and ready for the test drive! we weren't expecting to do anything more than test drive today so we didn't take my husbands car (the one we we're going to trade in). Robert said "let's go get his car while on this test drive so we can check it out". By this point in the test drive we knew we weren't going anywhere else for any other test drives, so we went and got it and Robert was awesome the whole time listening to my stories on the return trip back during rush hour. His personality was right on point with ours making this an easy sale. He was never pushy with us and didn't seem like a "car salesman". Everyone at the dealership was super friendly and tentative. They even had popcorn waiting for me when we got back from cleaning out my husbands car. It was a great experience all around, and I would recommend both Robert and Hendrick to anyone looking in the future.
Took my car in a couple of months ago to have my A/C looked at. Zac was the service person helping me. It was the easiest and the most painless service experience I've ever had. I actually never write reviews, but Zac was so friendly and helpful, that it seemed like a disservice not to say something about him. Every experience I've had at Honda of Tiffany Springs has been excellent, but the experience I had with Zac was world class.
