Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
Highly recommend Lance. Great experience. Very professional, laid back, and not pushy. Answered any and all questions. Also, used sales manager was also helpful and worked with us on a price. I'm very happy with my purchase as the car came very clean and detailed as promised. Bonus, Lance filled the tank up with a full tank of gas! Thank you Lance and Honda for making my experience great.
Had a great visit with Jerry Votaw. Very knowledgeable and non judge-mental as we didn't want the fanciest car with all the bells and whistles, just a good reliable and priced affordably sedan. Him and all the staff are friendly and professional. Will be back!
Great experience from start to finish! During the test drive, I noticed a noise in one of the front wheels. My salesman (Mike Khurshid) noticed it too. He said he would have their service dept look at it the next day. He called back to say that the tires were mismatched, so they put 4 brand new tires on the car (no additional charge). When he drove it again, the noise was gone. I was just going to pick up the car, but he insisted I drive it again myself to make sure the noise was gone. This was a small sale for CarMax, but everyone there made me feel I was the most important customer they had that day. I left with my new car, and a handful of Mike's business cards to give to friends!

I contact Otis Tate 8 months ago about a new CRV but we couldn't work out a deal. Last week, I contacted Otis again because my daughter wanted a new Accord. I guess she had grown tired of her 2004 Accord with 123k miles. Otis was celebrating his 24 year anniversary on Saturday and referred me to Shawn Risner. Shawn worked with Lisa and I over a span of 5 hours while also helping his other clients. My daughter is a PHd student at OSU and therefore her resources are limited. Shawn again spent the time and made this experience a wonderful one. Otis recommended we make use of the Costo program which saved us a nice chunk of change. We'll be back. We were recommend Byers by a teller at our credit agency after having an annoying experience at another dealership. We went in and worked with Tony who took great care of us. They pulled a car for us from another lot in their network since they didn't have what we were looking for in stock and answered all of our questions throughout the process.
It was a far better experience than heading to the other dealerships who tried to cajole us into using their credit options rather than going with the ones we had already set up. We didn't feel pressured here and had a very good experience.
Otis Was outstanding! Very knowledgeable about all aspects of the Honda automobile and its technology! Excellent at "teaching" as he walked us thru the different layers of the tech pkg and the wonderful safety features Honda offers! 5 Gold stars and very highly recommend!
I've been taking my Acura TL for service since Honda Marysville's $39/39 minute deal can't be beat. I went yesterday, and for the first time, the line for an oil change was very long. I really needed it done, and luckily I brought some work with me to do while I waited. Jason was extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with. My wait was a bit over 90 minutes, and sure enough, they stood by their 39 minute guarantee. The work was done, my car was clean, and Jason made me feel like a valued customer. I have 2 Acuras and will only bring them here for service. A+!
We met Jan on our first visit to Honda. We knew we were interested in a new CR-V. She walked us through the different models, starting with the Touring edition in the showroom. However, she did not push us to purchase the most expensive model. The EX-L best met our needs. Roush has a large inventory, so we were able to find our color preference. We made an appointment to go back to sign paperwork on a slower day so that our sale could be processed quickly. Jan was personable and patient with our boys (10 and 12) who will eventually be driving this vehicle.
Overall good dealer. Greeted and welcomed like I mattered. Did all the sales person could do to get the deal done. Even though I don't get approved for the loan.
