My review is a little late, as the vehicle was purchased last month, December, 2015. After some initial texting, emails and missed phone calls, we were finally able to meet with Samuel to select a vehicle. I had previously informed him of my financial situation and the type of vehicle I was interested in. We finally made a decision on a used Volkswagen Jetta that I liked. I also had the pleasure of meeting and speaking with Kenneth Jones and Ron Jackson as well. Overall, this was the best car buying experience ever!!! My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

Taking the Stress and Pain out of Car Shopping

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

Purchased used after 19 year old Isuzu Trooper with 350k miles was telling me it was tired. Never owned a truck before but had special requirements needed for a midsize truck. Needs were a fairly smooth ride due to multiple back surgeries and compared the Tacoma, Colorado and Ridgeline. The Ridgeline fit the need perfectly for the seat comfort and ride comfort.

Pre-owned Vehicle Customer, I was searching for a very specific vehicle, an '08 or later Honda Element EX AWD with one owner and a complete service history. I found an ad posted for a 2008 Honda Element by McDavid Honda of Frisco which had all the aforementioned pedigree. As I live in Albuquerque, NM, I was not able to simply drop by and examine the vehicle. So, I made a call to the dealership and both Happi (Cedric) and Gina were exceptionally helpful in locating the Element, which was a trade-in but had not been delivered to the dealership by the owner's, as they were waiting for delivery of a new Pilot. Moreover, the Element had yet to go through service and detailing at this point. So I completely relied on Happi and Gina to go the extra mile to check on the vehicle the best they could under the circumstances. Over a three day period, Happi and Gina went way above and beyond by checking the tires, taking pictures, and running all over the lot as the Element was moved from place to place. Their extra effort was the deciding factor in my making the decision to take a closer look which meant driving out from Albuquerque. I met Happi and Gina at the dealership as the doors opened for business and they were both as helpful and professional as they were over the phone. Happi was patient and congenial as my brother and I examined the Element from top to bottom, inside and out. Gina worked with me tirelessly over the final agreed upon price and we were able to FINALLY close the deal. I don't know if many people in this situation would have been so helpful considering they had to split the sale on a mid-priced used vehicle, but my hunch at this dealership is, Yes. It has been over a week since I purchased the Element and it is as met and exceeded my expectations. Based on what I saw on the lot and my own experience with the Element, I believe that McDavid of Frisco keeps in stock only quality pre-owned vehicles. The only negative experience was with the folks in the detailing/cleaning of the Element just before it was delivered to me. They did a fine job detailing the car, but 3 items were removed from the vehicle while going through the detail process: 1. Moonroof sunshade - rolled up and removed by one of the guys in detail. Fortunately, Happi tracked down the sunshade and had to convince the detail guys to hand it over (I watched as they first shook their heads and denied they had seen it and then reached behind their supply area and handed it to Happi) 2. Owner's Manual & Document folder - The owner's manuals were removed and I'm not sure what happened to the folder, but it was 100% in the glovebox just before the Element went to be detailed. I have since been to my local Honda dealer and they said it's very difficult to get the Honda document folder without buying the complete set of manuals. 3. "Realtime 4WD" sticker - For some inexplicable reason this factory sticker, located on the back window, was removed when going through detail. Small cosmetic detail, but annoying nonetheless. Initially, while filling out this rating, I was going to give the, "Your overall rating of this dealership" four stars, but I think while annoying, I didn't want the actions of one or two people tarnishing the professionalism and excellent service of this dealership. So my takeaway from my experience is that I would highly recommend McDavid of Frisco whether buying a pre-owned or new vehicle and I will likely be a return customer in the future when my wife and I are ready to purchase a new vehicle, likely a Honda.

So far, I have had entirely positive experiences in regard to servicing my 2013 Ford Focus at Bill Utter Ford, and Danny Morris offered great customer service, with which I was quite pleased. This time, I got a transmission module replaced (still under warranty), oil change, and a new battery. The only complaint I have is that I think I may have received a 26-point inspection instead of a 27-point inspection, because just a few days after having my car returned to me, my low tire pressure warning went off inside my car. I put air in my tires for free at a Quik Stop, so it wasn't a big deal, but I think that was supposed to happen while my car was at Bill Utter Ford. But hey, everybody slips up sometimes. I'm happy I haven't had any major problems with my car thus far, and I make sure to keep it well maintained.

Like most I was very skeptical about buying a car online. But I did my research and google'd the company like crazy. What I found in my research is the company had laid off people due to rapid growth and during this time frame the reviews were not good at all. Which to me makes sense and most likely vroom could have done a better job to make sure customers did not feel the effects. But after that period the reviews were really good. Also they have a very high rating with the BBB. That all said I decided to purchase my Jeep Wrangler through Vroom. The entire process from start to finish was awesome! I did not do a trade but just a purchase. I submitted my request for finance and purchase on 7/29 Sunday morning and received a call 7/30 Monday morning. I spoke to the sales person which there was no pressure just Q&A. I put down a deposit so I could secure the Jeep. There was communication via email by Vroom throughout the process including when the Jeep was in route. My jeep was delivered within the time frame they explained, which was the following Friday 8/10 cleaned and in excellent condition. I received my tag and paperwork about a month after the Jeep was delivered. I have 3 kids so spending 4 hours at a dealership is not fun. I would definitely buy from Vroom again. Chad Caramella is a financial genius in the Finance Department. My husband and I were there on a Tuesday and bought a 2017 CR-V Touring auto. We are seniors and when we got to the finance department to close the deal, it took about 3 hours due to my husband being very serious about decisions and when it looked impossible for us to purchase the car, Chad was on top of his game. He worked and worked with my husband; he was very kind, patient and understanding and through Chad's sheer genius, we walked out with the car many hours later. While we were negotiating in his office though, another guy came in and I don't remember his name; he may be the GM or some other supervisor, but he was rather arrogant saying that Honda was not going to lose money and some other blabber that turned us off. We almost walked out, but Chad saved the day. Joyce was also very efficient and knows the automobile business. The sales guy who met us when we went in was very helpful and even though he said he was new, we appreciated his honesty and he did help us find the car that we liked. I can't commend Mr. Caramella high enough for his expertise, knowledge and patience. He should be highly valued by Honda as a Honda team member.

The 2017 Ridgeline Black Edition has been 100% reliable since purchasing it! The truck is very comfortable to drive and ride in and the in-bed trunk is very useful! My only complaint is the occasional false alarm from the "Honda Sense" sensors when in the rain or snow.

The truck is overall very well thought out and has many unique and creative features. Very comfortable vehicle overall. Best example of non off road city truck. However been to the shop couple of times with weird issues, nothing major and covered under warranty but still very annoying.

The most functional, full featured truck I've ever owned. Very innovative, many standard extras. And by far the best ride and feel on the road from a truck. It's like having the utility of a truck with the comfort of a vehicle . Roomy inside with lots of storage space. It has a trunk hidden in the bed of the truck and best of all the tailgate opens both down and also swings out for easy access to the bed of the truck. And this vehicle like many Honda models really retains it's value. All in all, a good solid value.

Car buying online can NOT be this easy anywhere else. Submitted credit app, followed up on the app on Monday 6/11/18, got approved, received contracts on Wednesday 6/13/18, returned them back at a FedEx drop-off box, Vroom recevied them on Thursday 6/14/18, paid my deposit as well, Vroom Rep called me on Friday 6/15/18 and said my car had been moved to the shipping department to be inspected and prepared for shipment. On Monday 6/18/18, I received an email saying that estimated delivery day would be 6/20/18. At this point I'm over the top anxious and super excited for 6/20/18. On 6/20/18 evening, around 5:50 p.m., Vroom Rep calls and tells me that the delivery guy won't make the delivery time scheduled for 6/20/18 so it'll be 6/21/18 when he delivers the car. I received my car on 6/21/18 at 6:00 p.m. at a Wal-Mart super center parking lot. I signed the bill of lading and received my keys. Oh, and there must had been miscommunication between the delivery guy and Vroom, because before he handed me my keys he asked who was going to pay him, and I told him my shipping fees and all were included in my financing. So he said they are probably just going to send him a check. Other than that; everything went extremely smooth. I did not run into any problems other than the day delayed delivery (which wasn't a big problem). I am completely satisfied. I received my paperwork and my car all in ONE week!!! ONE week!! It does not get any better or easier than that. The car is freaking awesome, l LOVE it!! It's just like brand new on the inside and almost on the outside, I take that back, it is pratically brand new on the outside with just minor scratches and paint chips. I love love love my car!!! I would highly recommend Vroom to family and friends and to anyone looking to purchase great vehicles at reasonable costs. In the future, I plan to purchase again from Vroom. Thanks Vroom!!

At Cowboy Toyota Scott Henderson and Roger Lopez worked together to guide me to my first new car in 14 years. At every step they supported each other, whichever was available by phone or free for a test drive. The result was that I was able to select a model, test several, decide on, and purchase the right vehicle within 24 hours. They listened closely and heard what I said. Not for a moment did I feel any pressure, only enthusiasm and a wish for me to be happy with my choice. I test-drove RAV-4s Thursday afternoon and by Friday at the same time had arrived at a fair price for the one I wanted. The purchase process was efficient and transparent. Scott was especially good at fielding technical and complex questions about options and features, He took me on three test drives and my husband and me on a fourth. His patience was crucial to our really feeling right about our decision. Between Thursday and Friday Roger set up our trade-in so that the process was quick. Brent Saulters, finance manager, made price negotiations through Scott with flexibility at several stages. Finally the vehicle, a low-mileage 2017 RAV-4 that had been a dealership loaner, was a total surprise. After driving Volvos for 36 years I was prepared for a less lively ride with a Toyota (though our family own and adore two Tacomas). T However, the RAV-4 XLE is agile, accelerates well, and feels supremely comfortable and roomy. iI we had not already known Cowboy Toyota from bringing our truck to Cowboy???s Service department, we would have missed a great buying experience. I would not go to any other dealer in Texas, and wherever I go, I will be sure to return to Cowboy for Service and any further buying needs. Thank you Scott, Roger, and Shelley!

I’ve owned it for two years now and it been the best vehicle I’ve owned. I’m 52, so I’ve driven plenty. I do computer work, so I do not need a tradesman-level truck. I need a long-distance commuter vehicle that lets me haul a mountain bike or make a run to Home Depot. It’s nice to know that I can pull a 5000-lb camper if I want to. The Black Edition is a pricey truck, but it is an easy driver.

I do research online , like example:carfax , car guru , dealers, Craiglist and other websites before buying a car.The is the first time that I didn't feel like I was getting ripped off on my trade. I was given a price separate from the car i wanted to buy. faiz numbers on so many cars for me my husband was confused. faiz was awesome!!! In all the cars I have purchased this was by far the easiest. I didn't feel like I had to spend an hour just trying to get his best price. The bed I bought last month took longer to purchase! Exellent. I love all the electronics because I was in the weeds since I owned my last vehicle for 13yrs (2004). No electronics so the conveniences/safety features I have now, compared to that one, are over the moon. One thing I would recommend is for Honda to use a cover on the display WHICH DOES NOT SHOW FINGERPRINTS. Putting a shiny cover on a place that you use your fingers 100% of the time to make selections was a huge oversight.

Purchased 8/27/2018. This dealership is amazing! I've never bought a brand new car before and was a little leery of the process. I had visited 2 Honda dealerships on Saturday and was exhausted with the "haggling". Dori was my Sales Consultant. She was AMAZING! She was very friendly and knowledgeable about the car I purchased. They met my price point and color choice with no fuss, no muss. I will definitely buy my next new car here! If you are in the Dallas Ft. Worth area (or not, I live in Oklahoma) you need to stop in at North Richland Hills and see Dori or any of the sales staff. You will not be disappointed.

Went in for an oil change that is apart of my maintenance package. This is the first time I’ve added any type of maintenance package to a vehicle. Although the fee oil changes for a year are nice, I don’t understand why it takes an hour and a half to complete the oil change. My regular place gets it in about 20 to 30 minutes. That’s my only complaint. The people were wonderful, snacks, coffee and water, and some tv to watch while waiting. Even washed off the outside of the car when done. Just takes to long.

I initially contacted the folks at Vandergriff through their website. I received a reply rapidly and we moved the communication to text messaging. Once the exact car I was interested in was determined, I was offered the car at a price point I was happy with. Because I live 330 miles from the dealership, it was imperative that I knew what the ???out the door??? price would be before I started the 4-1/2 hour (each way) drive. My salesman met me as I pulled into the dealership parking lot and showed me to the car. We took a quick test drive and headed inside to run the numbers. The car had a number of added options that I was not expecting, but the bottom line price was exactly what I had been assured it would be. In reality, I got more than I was expecting for the money. My salesman (Thanks, Minh!) was more than gracious to answer all of my questions and explains all my financing options. The young man in the finance department was kind, quick, and efficient. He offered me a very attractive extended warranty package, but in no way did he pressure me to purchase it. Again, he was good to answer all of my (many) questions to make sure I was fully aware of the financing terms. The sales manager met me and took me out to my new car and got me set up with the electronics, safety, and security features. My trade-in was driven up so I could transfer the last few things into my new car. While buying a car is always, it seems to me, a bit stressful, the folks at Vandergriff did all they could to make me comfortable and made sure I was happy with the deal. The _only_ thing that I might remark on negatively was the wait time around signing the financing paperwork, but I was not the only customer buying that day! On the whole, the entire on-site buying process was quick, efficient, and painless. Bottom line: I got the car I wanted, for the price I wanted, with some extras added on.

We had purchased our HRV from John Eagle a couple of years ago. I brought it in for its routine service which was taken care of very quickly and efficiently! They found and replaced a leaking shock absorber as well. I was kept apprised along the way as to what they were doing and the expected time of completion. There was no pressure for me buy or repair anything extra. The choice was mine, and I appreciated that. I did have the shock absorber replaced. My HRV is running like it did when it was brand new!!! Thank you for your outstanding service!

The Ridgeline fills a small gap of the person who likes the ride of a car, but needs the functionality of a truck on occasion. Much like the El Camino did in the past, but much better looking, IMO. I replaced a 2006 Nissan Frontier (which I loved and was very reliable). The Ridgeline rides so smooth and the functionality is great. The in bed trunk has proven very handy. If I had to do it all over again, I definitely would.
