I went to Fiesta Honda and everything seemed smooth. Although it was smooth I felt as if the customer service was o.k. The salesman and the other sales manager I worked with seemed like they only cared just enough to not seem like a's. This made every minute uncomfortable to a degree, I felt like all I was happy with was the car, the price a bit, and just felt awkward through the process when I was with these guys. The only saving grace I believe was... Angela at he food counter in the morning shift, Vicki at the reception desk and Christopher(salesman) that day. Nonetheless great price, both good/helpful and figity/awkward people. The old saying personality makes the company is true. And this place misses the mark but still gets 3.5 stars
Cody and the tech team worked until they found the source of the strange whistling problem....and everything they did was covered under warranty from a previous service that was done there before I bought the car from a family member. They even had multiple technicians AND the department manager ride with me to listen to the sound, to make sure they knew what they were listening for and finally get it corrected. And they assured me that if I heard it come back when the weather warmed up again, I just needed to bring it back and they’d put me in a loaner car again. It was like finding a needle in haystack, but they never complained or argued about me “hearing things.” Great place, great people! I always feel like a person, not a number. :)
I just wanted to let y’all know that I recently had a terrific experience at fiesta Honda. I met with Rene In sales. He showed us a few preowned vehicles and guided us through what the sales process would be. Admittedly we were just there just to kick tires but once we get closer actually buying a vehicle it will be from Rene at fiesta Honda. Great job
I had the pleasure of working with Rene Gonzales when purchasing a vehicle for my daughter. I have to say that I’ve had many bad experiences in the past with dealerships and Rene restored some of that faith lost. He listened, asked the right questions and was very responsive. He found the perfect car and I’d recommend him to anyone.
They provided quick and efficient service. I like that I don't have to make an appointment and they always get my car right in to be serviced. It's a friendly and comfortable environment. My service representative did an excellent job explaining everything to me.

I was in, selected the vehicle that I had screened on the internet , no haggle as to making a deal, first offer agreed upon necessary engine light repairs taken care of, and I was out, and on my way.
