I just want to say that academy Honda was a very straight forward dealership when it came to pricing and their service was great . I came in originally to purchase a used Honda Accord and ended up leaving with a new accord and couldn???t be happier ! Bryan was very easy to work with and went over all the features of the new car with me .
He was not only able to get me a great deal on not 1 but 2 cars the whole time he made me feel like family. He didn???t pressure me into a vehicle that I didn???t want just to get a sale he worked with what I had to the best of his ability and got me a great deal on both cars with my credit score. Let me start with one word that Route 22 Honda are customer-centric dealership and they do their best to keep the process transparent, friendly and appreciative. The time I visited this dealership, I had almost gone through 3-4 others with considerable deals. I had pleasure working with "Jean Shim", who was absolutely amazing. I want to thank her for all her efforts she put into getting the perfect car I wanted. I never felt rushed, rather than always asked to satisfy myself before making the final decision. Had visited another Honda dealer on Route 9 earlier in the week, and was treated very poorly. We went for a test drive, and Maria made sure to continue walking me through the car's features to ensure I was as well educated as possible. In the past, I have leased about 4 different Hondas for almost 10 years. However, in those past years I have always worked with Mark Kamatoy. I was there yesterday changing the oil in my car for the first time. From the moment when I drove through the gates to the time when I got back in my car I felt like I was a very special customer there. Everyone there did their best but for the most part I must thank Steve Harris. He pointed out on an important safety recall that needed to be fixed in my car and I agreed to leave the car to fix it. I got it back on time no problems at all.Steve was there to answer any questions and for assistance from the beginning to the end. I had the best experience in Honda Service Center!!
