Vic Bailey's Internet Sales Mgr, John Carter, was very responsive and easy to work with. He got me all the information I needed and helped me work with their Business Mgr to get the deal put together I needed. He made the whole negotiations and purchase quick a simple since we new exactly what we wanted.
The customer service was excellent. BUT... I have been to other service dealerships where they have much nicer facilities for customers waiting for their car to be serviced. Nicer waiting rooms with complimentary snacks, USA Today, and computers. Please consider upgrading the facilities.
Great service! I went to first look at a used CRV, and the salesmen eventually helped me figure out that for about the same low monthly payment, I can rent a 2018 CRV through the Leadership Program. I am very happy with the experience I had at Vic Bailey Honda, and I would buy another car there again!
