My lease was up and I planned to lease another Honda Civic because I was so pleased with the service I received the first time I leased the car from Pacific Honda. I was not disappointed--everything went smoothly and efficiently. As I took the new Honda Civic for a test drive, Eric the sales associate, thoroughly explained the upgrades of the new 2017 Honda Civic in laymen's terms. The paperwork took no longer than 30 minutes and everyone from the manager to the finance manager answered all my questions and were very mindful of my budget. At the end of the transaction, Eric provided a very thorough one-on-one overview/tutorial of the computerized features of the Honda before I drove it off the dealership. It can be a very intimidating experience for a woman to walk into a car dealership alone but everyone at Pacific Honda made me feel comfortable and safe. Customer service continues to be excellent. The last 3 years of my lease with Pacific Honda were pleasant ones as the service department was knowledgeable, efficient and responsive. I am looking forward to another 3 years of doing business with them.
