I found a suv that I was interested in buying online. I made an appointment to view it and ended up buying it. I had a great experience here from the time I walked in. Everyone was attentive and answered my questions to my satisfaction. The service department also was great when they replaced the tires. They gave a ride home and back because of the length of time it took. I would have liked a higher trade in value for my car, though. I know it was worth more than I was given.
We just bought our third car from Genthe Honda. Every experience with this dealership has been positive. So much so, that I never even take the cars any place else for maintenance or service. Their oil changes are very competitive with any oil change place Downriver. Bare Body Shop seems to do a better job than anyone else. And, there's sales and financing staff are the best. We never felt at any point in any of our purchases that there was any pressure to do anything other than what we wanted to do. When this last sales experience started, I told them you'd better hit me with a good deal the first time. They did and I bought it. Easy and fair.
Excellent customer service care by all department staff members at Victory Honda. Sales lady greeted me at the door and we drove my car into the service area. The service department greeted me,offered and brought me something to drink. The service crew took my car and directed me to the Cafe area. No Long wait service was done right away.
Scheduled an oil change for 1030am on a Saturday. Was told it would take an hour and a half because of the amount of walk-ins, but we would be given priority because we had scheduled our maintenance. They have a nice waiting area and an area were they will make you food and snacks, free wifi and charging stations for your phones and tablets. Took almost exactly an hour and a half as promised.
The service center appears to be back to its previous excellent level of repair and customer service. Repair completed with free loaner car given (as repair was expected to take over 4 hours). Staff was extremely polite. Will use this service center again.
Everything was good they made me feel as if I had more options than other dealers I went too in the last month. Also I didn't feel as if I was just being sold a car. Or them just wanting the money from me . The time was made for me to feel satisfied .
My husband was driving to a doctor appointment when his Honda Accord broke down. I brought him my car and I stayed to wait for the tow truck. I contacted the Honda dealer to ask them if I could have it towed there for repairs. I was very fortunate to speak with Warren. Once I arrived to the Honda dealer, in the tow truck, I asked if they would be able to drive me home. Warren said...we will give you a loaner. The loaner was ready within 10 minutes and I was on my way. My husband and I thought the repairs were going to be at least $1,000 +; however, within 24 hours, our car was ready for pickup, and the cost was just a little over $400.00. Thank you Warren! My wife and I just bought our first car from Victory Honda! As first-time car buyers, we had heard the horror stories of buying a car, but thankfully we had a great experience at Victory Honda. Our salesperson James took us on two test drives, and thoroughly explained the differences between the two different Honda models. The test drives were great because they were about 10 minutes long and James took us on a long route that really showed off real-world driving. It wasn't just a quick spin around the corner like some other dealerships do. After our test drives, we were able to drive home in a used 2015 Civic at a great deal in no time at all! James, the GM Lou, and Finance manager Jack all helped get us through the process quickly and with a smile.
