I knew exactly what I wanted and how much it would cost me. From the start, Tanim S and his manager Keith B were polite, respectful, friendly, funny, and cunning. They didn?t have the exact car I wanted at first, but they made sure it was on the lot and ready within a few days. Though the finance team and I worked on the final numbers for a few hours, even with the stress and excitement, they were respectful and professional too. I?m still working out some issues with the trade equity refund, but even with hurdles, I feel valued. My family has purchased from David McDavid for decades, and this is my first purchase from them. As long as I continue to receive good service from great people at reasonable prices and any concerns are addressed promptly, I hope to return for my future leases.

We test drove the car to make sure everything checked out and when it did, the same deal we had agreed upon over email was on the table. No games, no stress, no back and forth to a manager, just real results and a easy smooth seamless transaction. The finance manager, John Pomroy, was just as friendly and very helpful. After spending 2 frustrating weeks looking for both a new Chevy Colorado and a Nissan Kicks - FINALLY found a HONEST dealership whom worked with me exactly the way car buying is intended to be.
