Michael Adam's was a great salesperson. He was very knowledgeable about the car and explained how everything worked. Michael was a very friendly person. We got along very well. I would definitely go back to him again.
Went in not planning on buying a new car. Saw an Aegean Blue Sport Civic in the showroom & fell in love. I've never owned a Honda before, so I hope to enjoy the experience. Our salesman, Dan Sanford, was very friendly & knowledgeable. All the employees were very accommodating & made it a good experience.
The entire Team at Watermark is amazing. I specifically chose Jesse because of a promise I made to him 4yrs ago. Now, I didn't drive away in a 2019 Mustang GT or a 2019 F150 with a payment of $200 or $250 However, Jesse, Stephen, Tom & the entire team were fantastic. Code viewed on dash engine was missing turned off restarted ran fine reported to dealership and they corrected problem in wiring under warranty same day no appointment was required and waited for repairs at dealership
I needed a new battery. Zac found that I also needed new filters, which he brought out and showed me. I also needed new wiper blades. He was very friendly and helpful I didn't feel pressure to do anything . He is a good employee.
This is a great place to buy a car! Everyone was very friendly and seemed to be really enjoying themselves. I feel like I got a great deal on my car and it wasn’t like fighting a tiger to get a good deal. Overall, it was a really good experience!

It's not too often that I brag on a dealer, much less their service department, but I'm going to the trouble to now. The people there have worked hard to earn my trust by not just charging me the most they can but instead, they actively work to save me dollars. I respect that and will be giving them my business in the future.
I was in the market for a good, used, fun car. Narrowed my list to MINI Countryman and Subaru Crosstrek. Found the MINI of my dreams at Infinity. Jake was incredibly helpful answering all of my questions about the car. After test driving, I told him I still wanted to try out the Subaru Crosstrek before making a decision. Well guess what. Within 15 minutes he had one on the lot for me to drive. WOW. Decided the MINI Countryman was the one and they threw in four new tires to seal the deal. What incredible customer service. In need of a car, go to this place first!
My salesman Jim Herin was the best! Good communicator and always on top of things during the process. I bought my truck on line sight unseen. The photos were beautiful and Jim arranged all of the shipping to get it to me in Nebraska. Aside from needing to jump start the truck to get it off the moving trailer and then putting it on a charger it was just as advertised! I love it. I would work with Jim again when i need to get another vehicle. The finance department leaves something to be desired. I am still waiting on paperwork to prove i own the truck. Finance department is the only reason they did not get 5 stars.
I was absolutely impressed with the help & support that Honda has provided for me. Tony was my first helper ??? I had gotten a 2018 Honda Accord LX on 09/29, I unfourtunately I got into a Car Accident. Thankfully, I was okay! Sitting at Home overwhelmed, Honda contacted me via Phone! They helped me with paperwork, GAP, & actually getting me into a brand New 2018 Honda Accord Sport on 12/01! Wade provided the most excellent service & support I could have asked for! Honda Finance was so reliable, I would recommend anyone & everyone to purchase their first vehicle at this Honda McCurley. I felt BLESSED! Almost like Family, these people grew on to my situation & supported me through it all, step by step. I highly recommend & suggest you go here. Trust me, you will not regret stepping into their arms & having them walk you through it all with nothing but smiles, hugs, & help! Thank you SO MUCH, Honda! You guys are my Heroes!
