Bought a used car through Cars.com. The entire experience was superlative. Steve was very helpful confirming details about the car before a long drive to the dealership. Perry did an excellent job taking care of us when we arrived at the dealership, and was very understanding when we took a prolonged test drive. The finance department had all of the documentation prepared and ready for us to sign, so the buying process was beyond efficient. I can’t imagine things going more smoothly. If only all car buying experiences were this easy!
Oliver assisted me with a new purchase two years ago and it was an amazing experience! He has not been cut from the same mold as the typical car salesman. With Oliver, there is no pressure, there is no "but if you buy today ...", he does not overload me with Honda statistics, facts, etc., and he doesn't bad mouth other car brands or dealerships. I and my family will continue to ask for Oliver and if he's not there that day, we wait.
Huggins was my Dealership for service. So when needing to buy another car; there was no other dealership in mind. I had some issues with past credit, so the process was longer than I had anticipated, but all in all and with the great team at Huggins, Gus and Yvette - I'm driving my new Honda and in budget. Usually, when you have a bad outcome, people bash the service provider, but not in this case. I wasn't able to get approved without a down payment for a car. But I would like to take out the time and Thank Marcus England from the upmost, for the outstanding customer service, he has been giving me for the past 2 weeks. If you ever need a car, with challenging credit, please contact CarMax Fort worth. Marcus and the fantastic Finance team tried very hard to get me approved. I didn't get a car but the Customer Service shows that CarMax out value in there employees.

Greg Powell is amazing! Best salesman I've ever worked with in my many car purchases! He's friendly, personable, and most importantly not pushy!!! They're in Arlington which is a bit of a drive from Cleburne, but I wasn't happy with the treatment I received the one time I visited the Mazda dealership in Fort Worth, and with the deal they were offering on a certified pre-owned Mazda 6 it was worth it to go check them out. And I'm very glad that I did!!!
I have been going to Grapevine Toyota for several years now. This is the forth Toyota purchased from them and the service has always been excellent! Thanks in part to my asst. service supervisor Robert Moran and the whole service staff.
I came in June of this year to get our Toyota Highlander serviced and have the Zak-Tek protection applied (which is great) and went over to see Neal Asaad the General Manager just to say hello.
He asked me how my 1970 Grand Prix was doing. I told him that I was going to get the old factory R-12 A/C replaced for a new R-134a replacement unit which would have to be shipped in from Florida. The garage where I was going to take it quoted me several thousand dollars to tear out the old factory air and put in the new one, and keep the car for three days.
This was after going to three different places to get an estimate where I asked about doing a retrofit kit, (I was still wanting to keep it original as I have owned it since it was new) no one was interested in doing that because they said they couldn’t guarantee it not leaking or that the compressor bearings might be worn out and other excuses for the system not working.
Neal suggested that I bring it in and let his service techs look at it.
He introduced me to John Farley his fixed operations director and Karl Landerholm his shop foreman. They said they would check it out and let me know later that day. They captured what little R-12 Freon that was in it and cleaned the system out and refilled it with environmentally friendly R-134a Freon. After keeping it overnight to check for leaks I picked it up the next morning.
To make a long story short.
They did a great job! “Above and Beyond”. It has performed perfectly all-of this hot summer without any leaks or problems for just a couple of hundred dollars.

Sales Manager Dru and finance team were true professionals in diligently working to get trade in value assessed and car sale negotiated. The process was quick and they accommodated our needs to ensure satisfaction in all facet.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
While looking for a new to me car online, I selected one and received a text promptly from Gus. The next morning, my 15 year old son and I went in to look. Gus not only helped me find a car that I fell in love with and was safe and big enough for my family. He also took time out of his day to talk with my son and remind him to never give up on his dreams of becoming a football player. It's nice to know that men like him exist in the car buying world. I didn't feel taken advantage of or like he was just trying to get a sale. He talked with me and listened to what my family and I needed. He even prayed with us at the end. Now that right there, is the epitome of a great human being. You have a great man working for you Huggins. Proud to say Huggins is our place to go to get a vehicle!! Gus definitely deserves a pat on the back for a job well done! Thank you Gus!!
