Not really sure I understand but the GMC maintenance that I bought through a different dealership wasn?t as straight forward with other dealerships but she still made it a very easy experience. She explained how the maintenance contract works so moving forward it will be easier. While I did end up paying for service I am still very satisfied with the service that I received and I felt like I was well taken care. I will continue to use this dealership due to the level of of care I received. Great service!

This is my 3rd Ridgeline, a white/black edition. I am a commited Ridgline fan-boy. While not as robust as some larger "work" trucks, this is the perfect gentlemans truck Two biggest benefits are: reliability and superior gas mileage above all others in it's class

Bought a 2024 Honda Ridgeline Trailsport and it’s my last truck. I’ve owned full size trucks most of my life, decided to down size, spent time researching & test driving. It’s easy to drive, has all the bells & whistles that I wanted, and it’s easy to park!

Sales persons were very informative and provided quality service. Sales manager took time to confirm eligibility for all possible rebate offers. Financing took time to answer all questions and reached out for confirmation on questions from customer.

I was originally searching for an SUV. Trading in my high mileage Toyota Camry with way too much road noise, I was looking for the same reliability and an engine with the same "get up and go". I was attracted to the low percentage financing on both Toyota and Honda trucks, I am retired and now I can leave my funds in my IRA and pay a low interest rate and continue to gain in my investments, and not pay the income tax on a one time withdrawal. I love the quiet ride of the Ridgeline. The Honda is easier for me to get into. It is more like getting into an SUV than the Toyota Tacoma. The V6 engine gives me the ability to get around slow moving vehicles safely on two lane roads. I love the ride of my Ridgeline which is more like an SUV because it is on a car chassis not a truck chassis, but I can haul larger items than an SUV. I was also attracted to the Ridgeline because it is already set up to pull my small trailer for my ATV. I love the swing out tailgate for reaching into the back. The roomy trunk in the bottom of the truck bed is amazing, and holds so many misc items and groceries. My Honda Ridgeline will be so much help when I need to take my daughters wheel chair on trips. I have not tested out the All Wheel Drive, but I am looking forward to it's assistance in the Sand Dunes. I have put almost 2000 miles since my purchase a month ago. I Love my Honda Ridgeline

This was the first time that I've used CarMax... always felt that the "no-haggle" thing was just a grift. It's not. Very fairly priced car in pristine condition. They even transferred it for free. Transaction was relatively quick and painless as well. They were even able to take care of the REAL tags and title there as well. If you do your pricing research, they are most definitely an option. And thankfully there was no sleazy salesman vibe or upwelling. Would gladly use them again. Oh, and they actually FILLED the tank, which USED TO BE commonplace, and I didn't have to ask.

Purchased this 2023 Ridgeline after my 2020 was totaled out. The 2020 gets slightly better gas mileage, but they are very comfortable and quiet vehicles. I have many friends with larger trucks that have poor ride quality and lack the ease of use. The best thing is that Honda last forever. I still have and drive a 92 Civic. Two things I wish Honda and other manufacturers would do in the mid size truck market; one is make the back seats recline and make a reliable hybrid. Everything else is perfect. I was going to buy a newer Ridgeline since the display controls are better, but I loved the in bed speakers that are no longer on the newer models. It’s more truck than you’ll need for 90% of what you use it for.

Purchase the Ridgeline used. I like the way it drives and handles. Used through several home renovations handled loads fine. One major problem with all Ridgeline roof racks they leak all four stanchions in the car show leakage Honda refuses to admit it's their problem

Great service and communication. Have a decent size inventory, you can definitely find the vehicle you’re looking for. I settled for a 2008 Ford F350 King Ranch. Beautiful frame and sound engine and transmission. Claudia was very helpful and very knowledgeable with financing. I left the dealership an hour later with a beautiful truck. Recommend!

2013 sport edition is roomy, comfortable and actually quite fast for a v6. Really impressed with all the features and I just keep uncovering more storage spaces daily 😅

The planning ahead and the attention to detail in the early stages of this purchase made the final paperwork and completing the purchase easy and quick. I drove from Greensboro NC, 4.5 hours away to purchase the truck. The truck and all the details were ready, I was promptly taken care of and out the door in about an hour. Have owned for a month. Wanted one for about three years, finally bought a new ‘24 RTL @discount. Extremely good ride, solid on the road, easy to drive, excellent visibility. Most comfortable vehicle seats we’ve ever sat in, great lumbar and general support. Tailgate and bed are super functional. It’s a Honda with proven reliability, we expect to run it for years of great drives.

Wow! This was the best experience in purchasing a vehicle my husband and I have ever had! I bought my first new car in 1977 if that tells you how long I have been buying cars! Matt was so fantastic! I have always owned a full-size pickup truck but as I got older I wasn't carrying heavy loads or towing. Getting in and out of full size was harder. My Wife didn't like driving full size and she is small so in and out is harder. We decided to buy a mid-size and looked at all available Tacoma, Ranger, Frontier and Colorado. Lastly, we tried the Honda Ridgeline. My Wife loves it more than our Lexus RX350. I always thought the tailgate opening like a door was a gimmick but it is easier to load and unload. I thought four doors was only good for family but it provides better visibility. There is a lot of storage in the plastic composite bed with a large tub which can be used as a beverage cooler. More storage under the rear seat. The trucks are basically a Honda Pilot with a bed so it rides like a car and comfortable. It has a naturally aspirated V6 engine not a turbo V4 like Tacoma. Only negatives for me were the auto stop start and VCM or variable cylinder management which I disabled. It has all the safety features I wanted lane assist, cameras etc. It is the Black Edition so I have almost as many bells and whistles as my Lexus so heat and ac seats etc. My Wife and I are very happy with our purchase.

I purchased a Black Edition in January of 2024. My consideration was for the Ridgeline or the Hyundai Santa Cruz. Both vehicles had decision making options for me that were in one vehicle but not the other. They may be minor to some people but were important to me. Neither of the vehicles had all of the options/features that I was looking for. Items that I was impressed with on the Santa Cruz that were not available of the Ridgeline were, larger touch screen, surround and turn signal cameras, more customizable tachometer/speedometer screen area, roll up bed cover, somewhat better gas mileage on the turbo engine, shifter to rest my hand on, 5 yr. 100K drive train warranty, timing chain not a belt. Items on the Ridgeline that were not available on the Santa Cruz were power passenger seat, better back seat legroom, larger under-bed storage with spare tire located in the area, larger/flatter bed area, more comfortable/larger interior, more center console space, rear HVAC passenger controls. Neither vehicle has a hybrid powertrain that I'd hoped for. Both vehicle manufacturers have good reliability histories, but the Ridgeline was a better overall fit for my needs. I've had Honda vehicles before and that helped to finalize my decision.
