I was here from CT to visit my mom in memory care. My driver’s side window fell into the door leaving me with a triangle of glass sticking out. Upon arrival, Renaldo, greeted me and talked to the supervisor who said it needed a part that they had to order and wouldn’t be ready today. I needed to drive home today for work tomorrow. As I was about to leave, Joe, walked out of the service garage and said “let me see what I can do”. 15 mins later my car came out and the window was fixed!! He said some bolts were loose and he was able to fix it! He’s my hero! I thought I was going to drive 3 hours back home with a broken window. Thank you to North Shore Honda in Glen Head (my hometown), Renaldo for his kindness and especially to Joe for stopping me from leaving and going above and beyond to help me. Thank you so much!! Purchased this 2023 Ridgeline after my 2020 was totaled out. The 2020 gets slightly better gas mileage, but they are very comfortable and quiet vehicles. I have many friends with larger trucks that have poor ride quality and lack the ease of use. The best thing is that Honda last forever. I still have and drive a 92 Civic. Two things I wish Honda and other manufacturers would do in the mid size truck market; one is make the back seats recline and make a reliable hybrid. Everything else is perfect. I was going to buy a newer Ridgeline since the display controls are better, but I loved the in bed speakers that are no longer on the newer models. It’s more truck than you’ll need for 90% of what you use it for.

Recently purchased a 2016 CRV with my mom. As women, it can be daunting going into a dealership however both Gary and Glenn were professional, friendly, and respectful. They were accommodating and did not rush us as we looked at several crvs. They even brought another car we wanted to see back to the dealership, despite being transported to another location. The car that was purchased is clean as a whistle and the overall quality of the vehicle is great. Good selection, quick process, and quality customer service. Would recommend!

Bought this 2023 Ridgeline RTL used with only 4000 miles in Nov 2024, so it is essentially a new car. I was coming from a similar class, a 2018 Nissan Frontier. The new electronics suite is really nice. Turning radius is slightly less, so still getting used to that especially when backing into spaces. The tilt down/swing open tailgate is very handy, and the extra trunk under the deck is a Godsend for groceries, and the trunk also keeps the spare tire out of the elements until that rare time I have to get at it. All in all I like it a lot (price tag could have been lower), but no real complaints as yet. Only little things are that I am still reaching for a shifter (push button automatic), and reaching to turn off the key (which is now a fob in my pocket). Nice smooth ride which is really nice for some of the longer rides I take.

The Ridgeline is a super practical vehicle. I have the E so I love the storage in the bed area as well as as full electric. at 80,000 miles, I started having an issue with the stereo system with a crack rolling and popping first it would go away while driving. I’d have to stop the vehicle turn it off and then restart it and the radio would start playing.

Any questions they have answers. Super fast service. They also have a nice comfortable waiting area With Wi-Fi. They come around and ask if you’re comfortable if you need anything, they also provide Shuttle service if you don’t want to sit there and wait. Will recommend to anyone.

I've had my '19 Ridgeline RTL-E for about 3 years now, she's my daily. Super comfortable ride, I'm 5'10 with long legs and I do wish that the driver seat would go back just a tad bit more. One thing that has spoiled me is the heated steering wheel, I love that feature. As far as the performance goes, it's pretty quick once you get going. I wish it was much more responsive rather than the slow take off it has now. The 6-speed transmission does worry me as I have heard some concerning things about it, and I love to keep my vehicles until they quit on me. Other than that, I do enjoy the rear power sliding window, and the speakers in the bed. Many of my truck buddies are impressed by this mid-size truck's handle and as am I.

Salesman assigned to me was Billy Talla . Great knowledge & no pressure , test drove vehicles , settled on used 2023 X4 . Price was perfect for budget paid upfront no financing .Did not care for the finance department additional sales attempts for additional warranties & pre payments . Did not make sense for such a great brand , to me personally. Thank’s .

Most comfortable pickup I have owned(extensive spine injury).hate the auto stop feature…the electronics are the worst.very difficult to sync a phone. Great mileage. I Plan on keeping this truck a very long time.also required maint.is a disappointment..never had to change diff and trans fluid in any of my previous trucks

I bought my Ridgeline new in February 2021 and it still feels new to me. Plenty of power, comfort, and convenience to keep me satisfied and not interested in replacing it. I’ve owned several interesting new cars, like a’69 Z28, ‘74 MGB, and 2019 Insight but the Ridgeline is the first to truly keep my interest.

Purchased a used 2020, after reading all the reviews for all the years, and found one that had the right combo of price and mileage. I am very pleased with the ride; it's basically a Honda Pilot with a bed! I traded a Colorado (which i was very pleased with) but the Ridgeline is a different breed of cat than a small pickup truck. Now i understand why the Car&Driver etc reviewers always rate the Ridgeline ahead of all the other midsize pickups. It's kind of in a category of its own.

I had my Honda Accord serviced today, Tuesday. November 11th 2025. I have nothing but good to say about my experience. The staff, beginning with my service writer, Ralphie was excellent He was totally professional straight to the point, and answered all of my questions. The price was unbelievable. I had a coupon for a full synthetic oil change for $19.85 unbelievable !! They do offer these coupons and other specials from time to time; take advantage . Recently purchased a used 2019 RTL-T model. First impressions are rides like a high-end car, with the functionality of a truck: very impressed. I bought it for everyday use (I'm retired, play golf) and the occasional use for hauling lumber for home projects. The interior is a-plus, except for the minor un-functionality of the infotainment system: no mute button for audio system on steering wheel or on display, must go through a menu to get to active music screen and USB cable tether for Android Auto instead of wireless. Otherwise, excellent! Ride is superior to any other midsize truck, interior is attractive and spacious; leather seats are just a little firm (less so than a Cadillac which I feel are unreasonably firm!!!). Power train is very responsive and lite on fuel as compared to a full size truck. With Honda reliability and car/truck versatility, I do not know how I have lived without it for all these years!
