Ms. Deibler, was our sales person when we bought a new 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe. She was an amazing, professional, courteous amazing sales person to work with. I have bought several cars brand new and have never had such an enjoyable, painless experience as I had with Ms. Deibler purchasing this vehicle. We, my wife and I were waiting to be helped as othe sales reps passed us by, Ms. Diebler politely and kindly asked if she could help us and from that introduction took care of us every step of the way, through the car buying process, which can tend to be a tedious and daunting process. Ms. Deibler made the process very pleasaurable, not only pleasurable but pretty expediant. Most car sales I have experienced take about four hours, this took only two. I leased Chevy Traverse in 2017 from this dealership when it was Manassas Chevrolet and had a bad experience. This time wanted to buy a Cruze. Every step went without any issue. Before I get to Sales, the Service Dept makes the dealership. The people get to know you and you get to know them. The person you buy from you see once (or more if you buy 5 cars like us), but the Service people you see every time you need a regular service ??? oil, mileage interval, rotate tires ??? or if a little thing like a light bulb goes out after 75k miles. Honest and never charge or sell you more than you need. Spot things you might never know but could save your life (seriously, one time a break pad went early from wear and like brakes to work). OK, sales and financing. Super patient super helpful. No high pressure techniques. You need to think about it no worries they???ll wait for you to come back, and come back again as much as it takes for You to make up Your mind. That???s whether to buy, what car to buy, what model, what color. Will line up the colors inside and exterior altogether for you so you can really see the differences and make sure you leave with the one you like. Explain every model level and every feature. Inside and in the car. Just amazing
My service rep Ken is the ultimate professional when it comes to customer service. I've serviced my car at browns for the last 2 yrs. Not once have i had any problems with service. I mean that 100% i am truly a satisfied customer. I brought my car there 2 yrs ago, and when i get 300,000 mileage on this one, I'll buy another from here. Completely satisfied!!!
Although I did not purchase a vehicle from this dealer, I had a wonderful experience with Ogbe, a used car salesman. He was extremely attentive and very flexible. He also demonstrated a great deal patience with my son during a test drive. I would definitely recommend contacting Ogbe at Landmark if you're in the market for a vehicle.
I went in to get my vehicle serviced, and walked out purchasing a second vehicle. I have bought 4 vehicles from Nissan Younger of Frederick, MD. I will not go any where else, They treat me like family, they are not pushy, I tell them what I want and they make it happen. All departments- service, finance, sales, management etc. are all beyond amazing. Christian did an amazing job on my new purchase, he informs you of information you need, things you didn???t expect you needed to know and most pleasurable person.
Great sales experience from MO and the entire Land Rover of Alexandria staff. Mo showed my wife and I approximately 3 vehicles total and we switched one after signing the paperwork the next day for a different color. Not even a compliant. I highly recommend this dealership. Look at their leasing option if you are like me and like to change vehicles every three years its the best bet. I always tell me wife that we are only renting the vehicle.
I worked with Louis Ohaka. He was a great sales person and gave me a great deal. The only obstacle was the wait for financing, but that was not Mr. Ohaka's fault. I would recommended buying a car from Mr. Ohaka.
We came in over Veteran's Day weekend to save some money on a new vehicle. I contacted Sport Honda in advance about my intentions and they were very helpful but not pushy. I heard from my eventual salesman, TJ Troutman, in advance and he was ready for my visit! He was very courteous and knowledgeable about the vehicle I was test driving, the 2019 Honda Insight Touring. We never once felt pressured, which I mentioned in advance would be a turn-off and we would walk away. I was assured that Sport Honda doesn't operate that way....and they held true to their assertion!
I couldn't have asked for a better new car buying experience! This is my 2nd new car purchase from Sport Honda and I'll continue to purchase new cars from them in the future as long as they continue to provide the same excellent, no-pressure service as previous purchases; which I'm sure won't be a problem at all.

I truly dislike car shopping. But this was great! Rita let the car do the talking, but showed us all of the features in an informative way without being pushy. She is a fantastic salesperson. She offered a great car deal and we couldn't be happier with the purchase or the process. She even responded and answered our concerns days after the sale closed. The service team is great especially Mr. Jose Anzoategui, who helped us through the whole process and get us a good deal on a CPO 2016 CR-V SE for my wife. He is courteous, honest and easy to deal with. What I really liked about him is that he still communicates with us and helps us with stuff even after sales!
