Recently purchased a used Toyota Camry from this dealership on May 1st and the service department didn't do a proper service to the car. About a month later the car was completely out of oil. Next about a month and a half after that, the radiator is cracked. The service department aren't doing they're job as far as making sure you have a properly serviced car when you purchase it. I left the sales manager a message about his service department not servicing the car correctly and have yet to hear from him, Mr Truesblood. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER VEHICLE FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN!!!!!
I have purchased 3 Honda's from Barbour Hendrick in the past few years. Always had great experiences with the entire staff. Robert Ellsworth, who is no longer there I believe, and Reggie Stevenson - the best there is in my opinion - and all the others that help in the process. I always get a fair price, even if we have to go back and forth for a few days. It's a process and I know that - having had 3 uncles that were either car salesmen or owned their own dealerships when I was much younger!
The service department is top notch as well.
This facility is over an hour away from my house, but it is worth the drive to get a fair price on a car, good service all around.

The service advisor April Pennington was the most helpful and knowledgeable person I have ever delt with over a vehicle. Her pleasant attitude and knowledge of her job shows in the work she does. This is the kind of employee that needs rewarded!
April in the service department is wonderful. Quick service, had my care serviced (oil change, tire rotation), and inspected. The shuttle service is great, Derrick the driver is always polite and friendly. When my car was finished, they sent the shuttle back to pick me up. I had a coupon that I used on my oil change/tire rotation. There was a nail in my tire that they found when rotating my tires, they patched it for me at no charge. I feel Stevenson Honda of Goldsboro goes above and beyond to keep their customers satisfied! I use and will continue to use them for all my servicing needs of my 2015 Honda Odyssey. By the way I also called at 7:50 that morning to schedule my car, carried it, they bought me back to work and had me picked back up to get it by 10:15. I call that quick service!
