I went to this dealer and the salesperson that approached me looked like just someone sitting around when I pulled up. They were friendly and showed me around but after test driving a couple of cars and giving them my info I never heard from them again. I ended up buying a vehicle elsewhere about three weeks later. Not a horrible experiencegetafterit463 but I didn’t feel like they wanted my business either.
I rolled the dice buying a used car that was across the country from me but both David and Paul made sure I knew what I was getting before I saw the jeep in person! I purchased a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT from new century dodge and the only complaint I have is not living closer to have them as my permanent go to dealer. David was excellent about returning any phone calls and also providing me with any and all pictures I asked for of the vehicle. Even after the purchase and delivery of the jeep David has reached out to me several times to check on the jeep and my satisfaction and addressing anything I had a concern with. I look forward to driving my jeep around and would absolutely use them in the future without hesitation.
I bought a brand new 2015 Yukon from Dave Cross. They have always been accommodating to my needs and any issues I have had. I was just in with an AC issue and they didn’t disappoint. I was given a loaner for the day and they had it fixed that day. Miles and Jason were super and Dave always treats us as friends. We will never buy a car from anywhere else. Happy customer!! Xoxo
I live in St Louis and had been looking for the right car for a while. I found the perfect 2013 Subaru Forester on LSH’s website and put the car on hold after talking to Leslie. She was very helpful and made the process easy.
I flew into KC and picked up the car yesterday. Austen and Darryl helped me to close the sale. They had already detailed the car and prepared paperwork before I arrived. All I had to do was test drive, talk about financing/warranties and sign. The paperwork didn’t take long, they made sure I was 100% comfortable with everything, patiently answered all of the questions I had, (I’m not very knowledgeable about cars and likely asked some stupid questions!) and had me out the door in about two hours. It was not the all day, stressful situation I’ve learned to expect from other dealerships!
This was definitely the best experience I’ve had buying a car. The entire staff seemed very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend going to them!
Overall was rated only "good" in place of excellent due to issues beyond Edward Santana's control. The new car required some body repair which required some delays/inconveniences. The future looks good for Edwardo professionally. We are pleased with him and on request will send him new business.
We were shopping for an Accord Hybrid and had exhausted our options at our local dealers. After some online research we found the car that we wanted at Lee's Summit Honda so I reached out. Just bought a 2018 Accord with Nick Shaw and had a great experience. First looked at the Accord two months ago and told Nick up front we were just interested in driving one and looking. He didnt pressure us or bother us with hundreds of folow up phone calls. Because I was interested in the Accord and because he wasnt a pushy sales guy, I went back this week and purchased the Accord. I didnt have a lot of time to come back to the dealership and sit for hours and the original Accord I had test drove was gone, so Nick did the majority of the work for me to find an identicial Accord while staying in contact through email or text and I just had to be there for another test drive and decide between the two he picked out for me. Moved as quickly as he could so the paperwork/financing portion took less than a hour too. He worked hard to get me in the car I really wanted and I never felt pressured from him the get the purchase done. The finance manager and store manager were great and friendly. The best part of the dealership is that they are not pushy and you dont feel pressured at all to purchase a car, Nick definitely let me lead the process which I appreciated very much. I will definitely buy from Nick again.
This is a great place to buy a car! Everyone was very friendly and seemed to be really enjoying themselves. I feel like I got a great deal on my car and it wasn’t like fighting a tiger to get a good deal. Overall, it was a really good experience!
Tuesday I went into the dealership knowing that I wanted to trade in my car. I worked with Kenzi Phippen over the phone before steeping foot into the dealership. Right off the bat they offered me 3K more for my trade (without even seeing it) than another dealership did and they ended up giving me 5K more for my trade!
I didn't even know what exactly I wanted. I gave the sales manager and Brandon the information on what I wanted, they pulled up multiple vehicles and gave me many options.
I have worked in the dealership world for over 5 years, and am very versed in the purchasing of a vehicle. I can HANDS DOWN say this was the EASIEST car buying experience I have ever had, or witnessed.
Props to Brandon, Kenzi, and Ren. I've already refereed a few friends, have talked to many people about my wonderful experience, and will continue spreading the word.
