Everyone has always been very professional, courteous, considerate, and informative.

Purchased new in 2018 and have almost 60,000 miles 95% commuting. I have a 1.5t Touring with the CVT transmission and overall really like the car and all of it's features. What I don't like is the paint which is horrible. I have the dark blue but the worst is the pearl white. Paint started peeling on the roof about 3 years ago. I contacted Honda and they were aware of the problem but I had to threaten a small claims action in order to get them to fix it. Since then the issued a service bulletin for some of the colors and offered to repaint. Still this should not happen with a 3 year old car. I searched online and this is a very common problem with Honda's paint. Love the car but based on how they treated me, next car will be a Toyota....

The Ford Maverick had been on my radar since they were announced a few years ago. Liked the idea of a small pickup that could seat five in a pinch and lug around yard stuff that my wife needs. Really wanted my next vehicle to be a hybrid or electric for the sake of efficiency. Unfortunately, or fortunately in my case, Ford dealers are marking up Mavericks by $5000 or more. What would be a value purchase in my mind goes out the window with that. Have always got 10-25% off sticker in all my car dealings -- not starting now after 45 years of buying new cars from dealers. An internet inquiry about the Ridgeline ended up with $5000 off sticker and 0.9% financing. The Ridgeline is more than enough truck for my modest hauling requirements and is plenty well appointed in the RTL trim. The only downside in my mind is the mediocre fuel economy. The Ridgeline would get five stars all the way around if it was a hybrid, which I'm sure will probably be out in a few years. Overall a really nice driving vehicle with plenty of cabin room and all-around versatility.

I went there looking for a Jeep I saw on Cars.com and they got me a carfax report and test drive (a good long freeway and street drive) as soon as I arrived. They were extremely friendly and honest. They admitted that the Jeep had been in an accident but proved that it was only a fender bender. As a matter of fact, they guarantee not to sell cars with any type of frame or flood damage. They even replaced the battery for free because they noticed some corrosion on the connection when I was inspecting it. They let me look the car up and down, inside and out as much as I wanted. They HARDLY charge ANY fees! It's great. The taxes and fees together were only 10 percent of the list price. Best customer service I've ever had at a dealer! The 1st Honda I have ever purchased. The reliability, comfort, and technology are far superior to the other brands I have owned. Quiet with very little road noise, no wind noise, and can hear radio and phone calls easily.

Wow these guys were amazing from beginning to end. I avoided buying a new car so i would not have to haggle and be pressured, but Dana and Phil in the internet department made this the easiest and most haggle free transaction ever. Use this to commute to work everyday. Pleased with the comfort and the gas mileage of the car. Since it is a Honda hopefully I will get a car that will last me for a few years with trouble-free motoring.

Mostly, Honda quality fit & finish. Positives, 1.5l. Turbo motor. Inherited a 2017 AWD CR-V. Had to drive long way fm. Kalifornia to Colorado in late Nov. via Wyoming. Natch hit blowing snow. Car handled great . Good pickup . Good leather seats. Im 6'2". Lots head & leg rm. Great cargo space. 1200 mi. trip= 29+/- mpg. Negatives, very unintuitive entertainment console. Very un Honda like cruise control. Exterior looks( tad frumpy, funky).

We came in with an expectation and left extremely satisfied. We had an excellent experience with both sales and finance; Dustin and Mo worked together to make this a positive experience and we definitely couldn’t be happier!

The best riding mid size truck there is... for that matter it may be the best riding truck there is. The interior is noise free and well laid out. The extra features are fantastic (ie the bed trunk, the swing out tail gate and the rear fold up seats with the flat floor). Engine and Transmission performance is good, plenty of power when you need it and nice well placed shifting of the transmission. Tech features have been great, I love the auto dim head lights and the Lane Keep assist. Everything has been working flawlessly. I would highly recommend test driving one of these if you haven't driven one already. I think one drive and you will be hooked.

I recently had two visits to review: 1) Collision Center: No one enjoys having to repair you vehicle after an accident. I fender-bender was handled in a professional manner. I stated that I am one who likes to be well informed as the repairs are conducted. And, they did just that. I had no worries throughout. When the car was returned is was beautiful. 2) Service: I had difficulties setting up a web-based Service Appointment. When I arrived, the Service Manager told me how I manage a better experience using the web-portal. I was then able to customize my service needs or my vehicle. I request a tire rotation and in the end, they explained why they elected not to do this bit of service. It was explained that the tires with the better treadwear should remain in the front. Each tire's treadwear measurement was shown to me and I was grateful that my safety came first (before their profits).

My 2016 Honda CRV Exl has a problem with the push button is not starting until about 3 or more pushes , after each push the lights in the dash comes on with a click sound, but no start up , until several pushes.

Automation was very professional efficient and helpful. They got my car serviced right away and answered all of my questions. I will go back at my next opportunity

Bought the 2021 in 2022 bran new. First new car I've ever bought and I absolutely love it. Average 35 mpg highway. Inside is roomy and very comfortable. IF I could change one feature it would be connectivity to phone. Have to plug it in to use the android auto. Blue tooth connection is flawless buy its not the same. Also, the tires. I'm currently at 35k miles and need new tires.

CarMax is much smoother than any other car buying experience you will ever find. Their salesman Matthew Johnson is a great guy. He was very patient and helped me find the perfect car after I spent months researching. He really knew what he was doing and gave me a wonderful experience. I would recommend CarMax to anyone!

Not an improvement over our 2011 CRV in any respect. The CVT sounds cheap, not an enough legroom, compass continual needs resetting and the stereo is marginal. Had to have a water pump replacement at 82,000 miles. No fun to drive and AWD isn’t the best.

Boris is great to work with. He did all he could to get us into the car we wanted. I will be back for my next Honda. I would ask for Boris every time!

My mother got this car new and gave it to me after only a couple years. I absolutely ADORED this car. So reliable and comfortable. I would still be driving it if a semi truck hadn't fallen on it, crushing us over the guardrail, rolling us a few times. We would not have survived that in most cars. This car has ample room above you that crushes down. I had previously wondered once why the ceiling was so high. Life saver. The seat belt held so fast and hard that I have a massive bruise from it. The seat belts had my friend and I hanging upside down. This is a fantastic car. Sad to see it go! I will probably get another.

Easy to handle, but could use a little more luxury. Impaired vision, five drivers side from window or car meets engine want heated seats to be an automatic option, _____cannot use Google Maps in this car. Could not use cell ph till I called Honda directly. What’s up?

Customer service was beyond great! My car was ready when promised. And I felt will taken care of. Most definitely will continue servicing my vehicles here.

We have only had the CRV for about 7 weeks. It seems to be a great vehicle. But we are still learning all of the features and safety accessories. We purchased it used and there was no owners manual so it’s a try and learn. The salesman was great. The dealership not so much. Would buy the CRV again but at a different dealership

It is a very economical and reliable car, the only problem is the inconvenience of all EVs....charging other than that, I am pleased that HONDA CLARITY should continue to manufacture their type of vehicle.

I had typed out what felt like an essay for this car and ended up deleting it. I do love the car and I bought it used with 90,000 miles on it so it’s new to me. Although I’m thinking the person who had it before me traded it in because it may have had issues they didn’t want to deal with. One being the rear has a bit of sag in it because of the rear upper control arm bushings being worn out. It does need new tires and I need them ASAP but I’m working on it. The turbo is a definite upgrade from my previous cars because I’ve never had a turbo. The CVT isn’t new to me but I love them seamless performance. I wish I could just drive the car endlessly for a job if I could find one. It’s pretty comfortable and I do love it.

Love my 2020 Accord EX-L...very roomy and it has a very comfortable interior. It has a few things missing that surprises me on an EX-L trim such as courtesy lights in the doors. Honda has the knockouts but no wiring harness. The lights are only available on the most expensive Touring model which is ridiculous as this is a $20 item. Honda also has chosen to not have the lights on the trunk light up when you hit the brakes...they are only reflectors but do light up on the Touring model. I HOPE AND PRAY THAT MY PAINT DOES NOT CHIP OFF LIKE IS HAPPENING ON SO MANY HONDA'S. I had the paint chip off the car on my 2008 Civic and on the roof of my 2014 PIlot. Of course Honda takes no responsibility for this even though its happening to countless Honda customers across many years and models. They have already chosen to remove the sunroof as standard on many Pilot models as well.

This is my 3rd CRV in 15 years & it is 1 very nice, comfortable, easy car to drive. IT absolutely loves the open road. Just got back from a 5 day trip to Yellowstone-averaged 36 mpg!! Nice looking & holds a lot of luggage plus 4 adults.

We will never take our baby somewhere else again the great staff at Horne Kia made us the top priority even though we weren't the only car in the service station that made us feel as we were.
