My husband and myself were in the market for a larger vehicle because our family is growing. We are big Honda fans because of our last car shopping experience in another town. The dealership had knowledgeable staff, and made our buying experience easy and comfortable. Before going to Honda of Morgan Hill we researched a few options for vehicles and ultimately decided on a preowned Odyssey with low mileage. We were preapproved for financing on line. We did our homework. The sales staff seemed helpful and friendly. We purchased the vehicle we had looked into on line. Less than 1 week later the battery needed to be replaced. I called and spoke to the salesman we dealt with the previous week and before I told him the issue HE interjected, “if the battery needs to be replaced we will do that.” His knowledge on the subject was baffling since I had not told him what the problem had been. I was under the impression that when you purchase a used vehicle from Honda it has to pass an inspection. And something like a dead battery surely should have been noticed by the service team. The salesman said he’d return my call the following day since he was out of the office. This never happened. I assume the service team and the salesman were aware of the malfunction since I haven’t been told otherwise. I expected Honda to either reimburse us for the cost of the battery or give us equal credit in the service department. I am disappointed with the level of dishonesty proven by this specific dealership. They are the reason people dislike the whole process of buying a car. I will purchase another Honda but I will never go back to the dealership in Morgan Hill nor will I recommend them.
From the time I entered through the door to the time I left, I had excellent service. They had given me the exact quote I was looking for, with no hidden fees nor did they pressure me to use their financing or leasing or fudge anything. Sam Samaha was the one who showed the car to me, was very courteous and went over every knob of the car making sure, I understood each functionality. He even answered some insurance questions I had with my own provider. The whole thing was wrapped up in 2 hours.
Linn Gardner was extremely professional and thorough throughout our process of purchasing a new Honda Odyssey. He walked us carefully through all of the features and got us the exact vehicle that we were looking for. He definitely went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our purchase. Chris was just fantastic and really convinced us to make the decision to travel 2 1/2 hours to this dealership to test drive the Chrysler Pacifica we ending up purchasing. He worked on giving me options on a couple vans at the price I was looking for. He was very responsive. I had been to several (and in contact with) several dealers, but with Normandin I genuinely felt valued and respected as a customer. That meant a lot to my wife and I. We brought our 10 month old son and all of the staff were very helpful getting the process done as quickly as possible. Thi was great as well and she went the extra mile to final the paperwork and looked for better interest rates on our loan options that would best fit our budget. Overall this dealership felt like they were there not to just make a quick buck, but to truly help customers find what they're looking for at very reasonable pricing. Today I drove away from the dealership as a first time car buyer! I had an amazing experience with this A+ team. Nick the GM was super helpful with setting me up with his team that gave me the true VIP experience. The assistant manager Thomas was able to find the car that I was exactly looking for while also keeping me updated when the car would be ready. I appreciate all of the communication even when he was technically out of the business. My sales rep that helped assist me with the car was Sterling and he helped so much through the process and patience with the finance department. Sean was the sales manager within the finance department and he did everything and exhausted every possible outcome in order for me to get the best deal! I walked away believing that this whole team was there to help us all reach a common goal which was driving away with a car at the best affordable deal. Thank you all for your help!

I went in to get my Service A completed for my GLC. The service advisor Don was great! My only complaint was the chat service. I made my appointment through the chat service and also requested a quote for the Service A. The chat representative quoted me $260 but when I asked the person over the counter, it was over $300. The representative at the register informed me the chat representative should not be quoting the fees for services as they are not an employee of the dealership. Hopefully, they get this taken care of soon because that can be misleading.
