We are very pleased with Tyler Honda overall. We could not get a loan but was treated with respect anyways. The loan officer took us in his office and closed the door to talk about not being approved. Having a career in nursing for over 20 years the privacy he provided was greatly appreciated. He gave us advise on how to get our credit score up and why we were denied respectably. They made a negative thing as positive as they could. I bought my Sportage from them and take it there to get serviced. When I pull in I’m quickly greeted. While going over what’s going to be done I’m asked if I want a car wash, given a timeframe, and asked if I need a ride anywhere or if I’m going to wait. This last time I had a rodent get into my cabin air filter and she brought it out to show me. She asked if I wanted them to replace it, gave me the cost, and told me ways to deter them from coming back. I will keep going there for my service as long as I have my Sportage.

He could have been a little more knowledgeable regarding all the fancy bells and whistles on that particular model but it didn't interfere with my experience.
