About a month ago I came looking to trade my old vehicle in for a used car. The salesman I worked with, Josh Arnold, did a great job asking questions about what I was interested in and my budget. He was very friendly, knowledgeable about the cars on the lot, and genuinely interested in making sure I was happy. I ended up purchasing a used Cadillac, which I am very pleased with. I never felt pressured, got a very fair price on my trade, and was able to work out a deal I felt good about. The entire staff was pleasurable to work with. Chris was a very helpful salesman with great follow up. When I realized that the car I was there to see was not a good fit for me, he asked good questions about what I was looking for and made other vehicle suggestions that would match my needs. His follow through via phone and text message was thorough and helpful.
Kacey was patient, polite, and very knowledgeable when we came in to shop for a new car. My husband has been a ford man since he was 16 and Kacey sold him on a brand new Kia! Kacey continued to give us great information and let he Kia's great qualities sell itself to us. We loved that Kacey let us take our time, wasn't pushy and allowed us to ask all the questions we needed to stay well informed on this big decision. Thanks for the great new car!

It was such a great experience buying my first car, 2018 Honda Civic Ex-T at Indy Honda.I've been to my local Honda dealership in Bloomington and had to deal with a bad sales rep and negative. So drove all the way to Indy and it was worth it. I did my initial research online on their website and submitted a deal online. The sales reps Dolly/Jessica were prompt to reply to my inquiry. We went back and forth with a couple of details and made an appointment later. Ryan Adams did a great job making the car buying process a stress-free and simple process. Everything was explained clearly and it didn't feel pushy at all. Mostly when I think of Finance Managers, the picture of a shark comes to mind who will try to make as much profit as possible. But the Finance Manager was one of the best I have ever experienced. I didn't feel pressured to purchase any of the extra items and all the fees were broken down properly. They were even able to give me a great interest rate. Would definitely recommend it to others cause at the end of the day Customer Service is what makes people visit again and they gave me just that. Very Professional and Friendly at the same time.
