From the moment my wife and I arrived at Iaasacs we felt at ease and not pressured. I felt like I was buying from a family member. Both Steve and Ian are a class act and I will always recommend them and I’ll buy from them again. It’s a 2 hour drive for me but it’s worth it folks. Too bad other deLers can’t be like this, good for Iaasacs though

The Nissan team was outstanding. They answered every question I had. They worked with me though out the whole processes. As a first time new car buyer it was scary but they made you feel comfortable!! David (sales) and the GM and Adam of the finance dept. All did a fantastic job thank you guys so much.
I really like this dealership from the friendly no pressure salesman to the service dept. that bends over backward to explain whatever service I am getting and keep me up to date when they will be finished. They also wash and vacuum the vehicle for me.
This is our third Subaru, purchased through Harry. I think that says a great deal about this person. If we didn't feel like we were being treated fairly, we would have never purchased the first one. We love the car, but that is only half the story. The dealership is like a family member to us. The people in the sales, service and parts departments are first class. I am always treated as if I am their most important task for the day, and they do everything in their power to accommodate me and my request. They are good at providing advice, but not before they listen and understand what it actually is that I am requesting. As I tell everyone, they treat me like family.

Service was for an oil change and tire rotation, and a multi-point inspection was done with no charge. Service completed in a timely manner, and my service advisor Glenn was friendly and professional. There are two Honda dealerships closer, but I drive the 40 miles to Love Honda for their trustworthy service.

I was contacted immediately by an agent of Rick Berg. Rick has been amazing through this whole process. During our conversation he demonstrated why this dealership would be worth my 2 hour drive, and sure he was right. He constantly followed up on us which re built my confidence instead of getting cold feet. I was unsure if I should make the commitment, and he finally convinced me to make the drive. We drove all the way up to this location and immediately was greeted by several sales associates. It was reassuring seeing everyone so happy and ready for a professional business. Every single associate was on the phone calling customers. Rick showed us the vehicle and really established the value within the vehicle. When it came time for numbers the managers and Rick did whatever they could to make me a happy customer and confirm our business. This has been a great dealership and truly was ready for business yet ready to make a happy customer.
