Best vehicle I have ever owned. Love the Hummer H2. This is one solid vehicle. A 2004 no rust, looks like new. Incredible ride, not to mention one of the safest on the road. No one is going to intentionally mess with an H2. Unless they are stupid.

The front service desk personnel (female) was welcoming and quite pleasant. Our sales agent Oliver was attentive, patient and courteous. The finance manager was warm, not stuffy and made the final experience jovial and memorable. Great Team of Folks!

James was wonderful right from the start. He called me back when I had done an online application for financing on the website. I was looking for a Dodge Ram 1500. I found one on their website and as soon as I told James which vehicle I was looking at, he right away knew the details on that specific vehicle. He was so nice and scheduled an appointment for me to come in a few days later. So when I went in for our appointment, James was very friendly and we got down to things right away. He had me look at a truck that was GORGEOUS (not the one I initially wanted-because that one was a quad cab-I needed a crew cab to fit my kids comfortably). He let me test drive it, and I fell in love with it. We then got the paperwork going and he came back and told me that they wanted to work with me and they approved me for the truck! I couldn't believe it! I had always heard the word NO, but to hear the word YES felt amazing! I signed my paperwork and was out of there in less than 2 hours. I picked up my truck a few days later, and James helped me transfer my car seats and showed me some of the features in my new 2014 Dodge Ram 1500. I will never again go anywhere else for a vehicle, this was best experience I had ever had buying a used vehicle hands down!

Had a few calls back and forth with my salesperson Michele Conine, sent a few emails and the car I was actually looking for had been sold earlier that day which was disappointing to me but Michele search their inventory and found what I believed to be a better car. The things you really should know before reaching out to Michele and her team: 1) Know what car you???re interested in and exactly which features you???d want 2) Know what you're willing to pay for this. (And do some research beforehand to find out what others paid.) TrueCare.com works. Car buying is hard enough: 1) The car you want may "not be in stock" and you have to pick a different car (with a higher price.) ??? Have your financing pre-approved early so there???s no real haggling to be done. Michele and her team worked with me to secure the best financing options available. Better than my credit union of 13 years. 2) I didn???t experience any hidden fees everything was in black and white no fine print issues that I recall.. 5) Convenience. The only time I spent at the dealership was test driving to decide which car I wanted. I was out in roughly two hours it could have been less I cleared my day to be there. Salesperson: 1) Michele is like that energizer bunny that never quits she made me feel at home and comfortable right off the blocks. She explained Earth???s processes and business practices and how they???ll benefit me. Michele demonstrated courtesy, and professionalism throughout my car buying experience. The H3 is all around a great value, plenty of room inside , great looks, could use a in-line six for better mileage, so many ways to customize for each owner.

We called to get service for my jeep because it was randomly needing a jump start. I didn't know what the problem was. We called and spoke with Brandon Cromer. He was EXCELLENT, from the start to the finish. Which was, I am happy to say, only OVERNIGHT! He arranged for my rental car and had it ready as I stopped in on my way home from work. It was too easy! The very next morning before I even left for work, he had already called us to let us know what the problem was (winch was wired wrong) got approval for the repair, and said I could pick my jeep up in the next 30 minutes!!! He was professional, polite and prompt and I left feeling like he really cared. It made my day and I want to share this experience because Brandon's above and beyond demeanor needs to be recognized. I have owned mine for 5 years and it has been extremely reliable. Sunroof is oversized and amazing. Powers through all types of bad weather. I love the stance and believe the Alpha is a future collectible. Don't expect great gas mileage (it's a Hummer) and cargo space is average. Power is excellent with the V8 and you can expand on that without spending a fortune. Parts are plentiful and cheap. For me it does everything I want it to and it's got such rugged good looks IMO.

The salesteam was very strait forward and helpful through the process of looking for a reliable used vehicle. The prices were very fair also as the worked to get us the best deal they could I feel.

H3 performed well in all conditions. Owned new since 2007 , never had any problems. Lived in Sierra mountains of California and Florida. Also towed midsize boat without any issues. It’s unfortunate they got poor reviews and stopped production in 2010.

My Dream vehicle, a cross between power and luxury. Great truck that handle well on rough terrain; DMV roads. LOL! Not the best as far as gas is concerned, but life is full of sacrifices.

Wow. Let me say that when I came to nexcar I was in a bad place. My credit was in bad shape. I also had received an estimate of 4200 to fix my impala. Tee at Nexcar was AMAZING. Even shout out to his sales managers who helped lower my down payment and monthly. You cant beat the gap insurance(included) and lifetime powertrain. Thanks guys. Yall are amazing.

I love driving this vehicle. I have the orange color of the one I have. VERY reliable. STRONG engine in the Alpha. She gets LOTS of compliments. If she wasn't so small on the inside I would want to keep her forever.

The ONLY SUV period. It's the Concord of SUV's. Awesome handling, 6.2L never lets you down. Mileage is as expected for over 6000lb. Drives smooth for large tires. Feels great driving it.

It is a great vehicle gas mileage is not that great 11.2 the whole time ive owned it the airbags are a nice feature and the inside is spacious

Impractical: gas guzzler, drives like a dream but also a tank. Comfy interior...no backup camera, and windshield wipers are so so. Wonderful for weekend driving.

Came in for an oil change, and they discovered my battery was leaking acid and covered in green corrosion. I didn't even know. They offered me a standard battery for $130 and a "lifetime" battery for $230. Which is a no brainer if you plan on keeping your vehicle for more than 3-4 years. I'd need another battery in 3-4 years and another one after that, so a lifetime battery made sense. I was in and out in under 90 minutes with no hassles. Thanks!

The vehicle was large and very comfortable. Great on gas and fun to drive. It has 2 USB ports. And a plastic lining in the storage are in the back.

This truck was great! No issues in any bad weather especially the snow! Plenty of room in the vehicle and plenty of truck space! MPG was okay considering it was a SUV!

I must say, I was a little secpitical about the dealership at first because of its mixed reviews. But my husband and I decided to check them out. I called looking for a specific car they had listed, 2008 Nissan 350z Roadster.. they told me to come on and test drive the car...I dud fell in love with the car and it was in great conditions.. for the first time in a dealership I was not harassed and hounded by a sales person, I was left to look around and decide if I liked that car or any other car in their lots.. they have a large selection of great cars. I was helped by Ron one of the managers who I must say went above and beyond to help me.. I wanted to go home and think about my decision before committing to the purchase. Ron provided me with his cell phone number in case I had any additional questions. And yes I did, I called it texted and always got a prompt responce.. so thank you Ron!! My finance manager was Robert.. Robert made the transaction fun and stressless.. I must say I will definitely recommend this dealership and I will return for another car purchase soon.
