I called Ryan on a Saturday morning about a particular car I saw online. He said he would pull it up front for me to come drive. Upon arrival, the car was there as promised. I drove it and some other cars in the same price point or a bit cheaper. I ultimately decided on the first car. They had done their inspection and replaced a number of things. It was a 2009 Toyota Camry with about 44,000 miles on it. They had replaced all four tires with brand new ones. I definitely feel like I got a very good car and I appreciated the way they conducted their business.
I recently purchased a 2018 Hyundai Elantra Limited from the Gettel Hyundai of Lakewood dealership. Working with one of your associates, Megan Panoja was definitely the highlight of my experience. I have never been treated by such a delightful, kind and knowledgeable individual as Megan. She was very thorough explaining all the bells and whistles of my new vehicle. Bought a used GMC Yukon from SAG and unfortunately have had to deal with the hassle of bringing the vehicle into the SAG service shop more times than I anticipated for a vehicle I have owned for only a little over a month. But Service Mgr Mike Ardolino has consistently provided me with outstanding customer service and repairs at very reasonable prices even after my 30 day dealership warranty ended. I can say I will always take my vehicles to Mike for any and all auto service needs in the future. Thanks Mike!

This is the second vehicle I purchased through Pat Sills at Hosmer Toyota and he does a fantastic job open and honest very thorough. In the future we definitely will go back to Hosmer and have Pat help us!

We went to Battaglia auto sales to look for a used Subaru Forester, which we knew they had several of from their website. The only time we had to look at cars was after 4pm on Friday night. Although they closed at 6, Joe Natale made us feel comfortable to test drive several Foresters, never pressuring us to rush or feel like we were keeping him. We found the perfect car, a beautiful 2010 Subaru Forester with low miles and only one owner. Joe was amazing in helping us get financing despite a tough credit situation and even made us an espresso while we were working on the deal. When we were ready to leave, Joe realized the gas was almost empty and he gave us his personal card to go fill up at the Wawa down the street. Unbelievable service!!
This was one of the best experiences I have ever had at a used car dealership. I cannot recommend this establishment enough and we will definitely be back next time we are looking for a car.

I made an appointment with a sales person who contacted me by phone in response to a website enquiry I made. The sales person was waiting for me when I arrived, took me out for a test drive and handled the sale thoroughly and professionally. There were one or two minor maintenance issues I wanted the service department to check before taking the car, so they kept it over the weekend. The service manager called on Monday to update status and kept me informed. I picked up the car on Tuesday and have been pleased with it. Price was what should be expected for the make, model and mileage according to Cars.com, NADA and Kelly Bluebook.
