My husband and I were driving by and decided to go just to check out a car that I had an eye on for quite some time! I meet Oscar and he greeted me and my husband with a huge smile asked if there was anything he an help us out with? We said yes and he asked us what type of car we were looking into getting. My biggest concern was a family car also a gas saver. He pointed at a Nissan Rouge. He answered every question we had regarding the vehicle. Best customer service ever! Thank you for Your time Oscar!
Our salesman, Marcus, was very friendly and helpful during our visit. If he didn't know an answer to a question, he found out what we wanted to know. There were no high pressure sales pitches. The dealership worked with us to get the best deal possible. Based on our purchase experience today, we would do business with this dealership again.

The lease on my 2015 C-Max ended and I needed to lease another vehicle. Unfortunately, Ford has discontinued the C-Max, which I loved, so I selected an Escape. Love the care and the dealership and sales person were outstanding. I had been using the dealership for service on the C-Max because it's less than a mile from where I work. They have been excellent as s service option so I figured I should buy my next vehicle from them. Everything worked out perfectly.
I liked working with Nisha, not pushy, very nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. Only issue I really had (I don’t fault mishaps for) was the attention to detail that was given to detailing the car. Heavy dust and grim in easy to see places and crumbs/cereal under the seats. I will have to take it for detailing. Also the car needed new wiperblades right away as they where split.
I bought a car there...no fuss. It was quick and easy. Best car buying experience I have had. Almost a year later and I'm still very happy with my little car and the little payment that came with it. Awesome deal!
Everyone at Hertz was extremely friendly and low pressure. Bob McClean was my salesperson and he was very helpful throughout the process and answered all of my questions. The sales manager made a point to introduce himself and remind me that there was no pressure to buy.
There was no negotiation process; the car was already below the Kelly Blue Book average price. It was also a couple hundred cheaper than what they had listed online. I believe this is intentional because they have such a high volume of used rental cars they are trying to offload. I've had the car for a few months and haven't had any problems whatsoever.
The other dealers I had gone to previously had offered similar cars for several thousand dollars more and their salespeople were always trying to talk me into paying more than I wanted. Hertz was the complete opposite. The whole process was easy and low pressure. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a used car.
I highly recommend this service department for vehicle repair, even if you don't own a GM product....The facilities are clean, the personell friendly and the service department awesome....Charles is the best mechanic on the planet and Erin is the best service writer.....Any service I need is handled flawlessly. This dealership will be at the top of my list when looking for a new Chevrolet..
This is not your regular used car dealership, like “Major World” for example, where a customer is treated like an idiot and taken advantage of. Hertz Car Sales offers a very easy, comfortable and totally stress-free buying experience. However, even the most customer-friendly company procedures would mean nothing without the great people behind them. A very special thank you to Janine Saffioti and Michael Digennaro, who were both extremely professional and super friendly at the same time. I would highly recommend this place to anybody.
I had a delightful time choosing my new Nissan Rogue 2018. If it hadn’t been for Arianny and all the knowledge and professionalism that she showed me, I would had left to shop somewhere else. She is a great asset to NIssan Crystal River. She possess great customer relations skills!
