The lease on my 2015 C-Max ended and I needed to lease another vehicle. Unfortunately, Ford has discontinued the C-Max, which I loved, so I selected an Escape. Love the care and the dealership and sales person were outstanding. I had been using the dealership for service on the C-Max because it's less than a mile from where I work. They have been excellent as s service option so I figured I should buy my next vehicle from them. Everything worked out perfectly.
Very efficient, friendly, and work completed within a reasonable time frame. Love the new place; nice waiting area. Good, informative, repair order paperwork, clearly shows all areas checked by the mechanics.
I did not purchase my car from the dealership, but their Service Dept has done all service on my car. Very easy to schedule online and they are very prompt on servicing my car. The entire staff is kind and courteous, and they take the time to explain my options and address all concerns.
Noah came through with our selling deal. He coordinated some service work promised in my deal of my used vehicle purchase. Service dept needs some better human interaction. (mostly in driving up to the doors). Today's keys are a pain. Dealerships should supply 2 sets of keys. Putting a car up for sale should be looked at closer by the techs. My idling issue had to be dealt with after purchase. A bit inconvenient, but Noah gave us a loaner.

We recently purchased a new Hyundai from Pride Hyundai in Seekonk, Ma. For most, buying a new car can be a stressful experience. Fortunately our salesman was Roy Silveira. The meeting was a coincidence. The experience buying our new car was satisfying. Roy is the kind of person you would welcome as a neighbor. He did not pressure us, he was very knowledgeable about our vehicle and he made us feel at ease. Roy is an asset to this dealership and if you intend to shop for a new car here I would suggest that you call ahead to schedule an appointment with Roy. He met our price and we drove away happy!
Made an appointment to get some recalls done and a oil change. Was told I???d be in and out in under two hours so I opted to wait for my vehicle. After 2 1/2 hours I asked for a ride as they forecasted another 2 hours till it was done. Buying the vehicle was great at LHM Dodge, each service however is a xxxx nightmare.
I had a 2006 Mitsubishi Lancer that lasted me through high school, college drives back and forth from Tampa back to Fort Myers, and more college. Bring a 12 year old car, it was time to let it go for something else. I knew I wanted another Mitsubishi because my first one was so reliable in the many years I had it. Pedro was salesperson and was so kind and made the whole process hassle free. I didn???t feel pressured into buying and he got me exactly what I was looking for at a good price. One of the sales managers, Howie, even made it a point to come over and introduce himself even before he knew I was getting a new car. Everyone was so kind and I???m so happy with my new 2018 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross, abd have already gotten so many compliments on it and I haven???t even had it a week now.
Pleasant young man. When I go shopping for cars I hate high pressure sales pitch people. I was pleasantly surprised that there was no pressure but lots of helpful information. He has called to follow up and still no pressure, but wanted me to remember his name so I wrote it down. I'm not ready to buy now however I'm impressed by his courteous demeanor. I will definitely be back when I'm 100% ready to buy a car. In a way I feel bad I'm not ready to buy the car so I wanted to at least leave a good review, I know most of the time the only reviews are the negative ones and I try to make it a point when I receive good service to point it out and let management know a good impression was made. I was in search of a new car but not sure what kind of car I was in search for. Brenden really helped me out with finding a car that would fit me, and the needs that I supplied him with. He was very personable, and quite funny. Overall great experience with Brenden.
