I like Hyundai brand in general, but Accent is the most affordable car. I will recommend it as a good first car, getting experience car, but if you want something more reliable and long lasting I would recommend look at others Hyundai models.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
Great price and reliability. I am very happy

The test drive was great on the lot. Reliability in a car is important to my family. Very roomy, fits my three kids and my husband just fine. Trunk has enough room for stroller and groceries.
I had a stress free car buying experience at Freeman Hyundai. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and not pushy. Sandee was helpful and a pleasure to work with.

I love this car! There is only one thing that I would change if I could and that is that when I unlock it in the morning before work, it locks itself right before I go to open the door. I don't know why it does this, but it would be nice if my car would stay unlocked when I want it to. Other than that, it drives great and it's very comfortable. It does well on the highway to work and gets decent gas milage.
Everyone we came in contact with were great and went out of their way to be nice. Very accommodating to me and my friend who is very Indecisive. Great bunch of guys and will highly reccomendations!
Clown Car- unbelievable load capacity

Very reliable car, no issues at almost 50,000 miles. Looks small but the 60/40 split rear seat folds down to give a ton of cargo space! We call this our clown car because we really load it up! Only drawback is that it does not accommodate rear-facing car seats well unless your front seat passenger is short (seat has to be moved up several inches).
I have only owned this car about 3 weeks. It's a hatchback. So far I absolutely love it. I am used to driving a Honda so I am not liking the visibility out the back window. I love the cargo area and the cruise control. I will be taking it on a road trip to the high country soon. The performance is awesome. I bought the car used and it came with the manufacturer warranty.
After a day of car dealerships and not seeing or getting the service I was expecting, I walked into Dodge City of McKinney and was immiedately greeted by Bobby. He could sense the defeat I carried with me but he was persistent on me staying positive, that he has what I was looking for. I initially came looking at the Jeep but switched gears to the Dodge. Bobby worked with me on my credit and my monthly price point. We initially did not agree and C.J. came over to speak with me. After reviewing they were able to get me in an amazing vehicle for an amazing price and interest rate. They stayed positive, bent over backwards and took care of me all the way through. This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. Best customer service and perfect vehicle for my family!

Kevin Taylor did excellent sales work with us, his efforts to give us the best car buying experience were very appreciated! After the sale, I had a question about something and could not get through to anyone at the dealership on multiple occasions. Kevin's extension didn't work, the sales department didn't answer their extension on no less that six occasions, and the automated voice prompts to reach the operator were met with a never ending looped recording of "that is not a valid extension". I finally got through to someone in Service who routed me to Finance, where Albert was extremely helpful. Your people are great, but your phone system was seriously broken from September 12-21, 2018.
Usually, when you have a bad outcome, people bash the service provider, but not in this case. I wasn't able to get approved without a down payment for a car. But I would like to take out the time and Thank Marcus England from the upmost, for the outstanding customer service, he has been giving me for the past 2 weeks. If you ever need a car, with challenging credit, please contact CarMax Fort worth. Marcus and the fantastic Finance team tried very hard to get me approved. I didn't get a car but the Customer Service shows that CarMax out value in there employees.
