Very well laid out showroom, as well as good variety of vehicles. While shopping there my wife text me that a Sportage we had looked at the day before had been reduced to the price we offered. I purchased my vehicle elsewhere.

I came to this car dealership for a repair while on vacation. They were amazing in their quality of work, they're respectfulness of my many questions, and the professional attitude of the entire staff. They were prompt in fixing my car so I could get back on the road. The customer service was amazing!

The Hyundai Accent is small yet roomy. Super cute car for my daughter. The car is stylish, reliable and comfortable. She loves her newer car.
This was my first car buying experience, on my own. I was quite apprehensive, as I had heard horror stories about people being pressured to buy what they really didn't want by pushy salesmen. Ben Auert was friendly, professional, and patient. He took his time and made sure that I understand every part of the car buying process. At no time did I feel pressured or bullied. Ben even took the time to help me get the bluetooth/UVO app set up in my car. I now have a my first new car, a 2019 Kia Soul, and I couldn't be more pleased! Thank you Ben and Universal Kia!!!

This car meets my needs didn't like scratches but otherwise good car for my wife to drive for her first time driving. Nothing too fancy but worth the response she had when we bought it.

This car make me feel secure driving the roads with others who aren't considerate. It has a great lock system that locks all five doors. I love the lights on the inside the car which comes on when I open the door and stay on for a few seconds while I'm adjusting myself.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
We drive up and this young man came out and met us. John Wagner was a very personable man and we liked him from the beginning. We told him we would come back on Monday when we had more time to drive because we had several we wanted to drive. John was so patient with us and let us drive several vehicles so we could make up our mind. He also showed us several vehicles that we liked. The dealership was awesome. I loved the fish tank. Once inside we were treated as if we were the only ones there by all. They all went above and beyond to help us make our purchase. I will certainly recommend Rocky Williams dealership. They are a Christian orginazition and it shows. Thank you John Wagner and all that helped.
We could not have had a better experience working with Tyler Ryan at Universal Kia. From the initial call, to driving away in a new (used) car, it was as painless as it possibly could be. Tyler was friendly, patient, he listened, did what he said he would do, and was honest. He worked around our schedule and never pressured us with the ???car sales tactics??? most of us have become accustomed to when car shopping. Met my ends as far as saving gas. I think it's the smallest car I've ever had. The reason I gave only 4 stars on some is it sets really low to the ground & I'm always concerned about hitting the bottom of car. I would rather have leather seats & different head rest
The experience with Kia was simple and fast for anyone thats looking for a car. The dealers there were helpful and kind. Prices of cars are affordable for most incomes.I really look forward to working with them again.

It has a lot of things for the money it's a pleasure to drive with good leg room. Has hands-free calling and good safety options. Great gas mileage
After being in contact with a partner dealership, I drove 7 hours to see the car with intentions on bringing it home. However, they were terrible with communication, and the car was not even on their lot anymore. It was at Universal Kia Rivergate. I walked in without an appointment, and went on a test drive with Tyler. I could not have asked for a better all-around experience from start to finish. Bubba on the financing side worked a great deal to help me out after my own financing became complicated and convoluted with red tape. I went home 2 hours later with a new (used) car for my wife. Tyler even helped me out returning my rental car when the 'after-hours' key drop box was nowhere to be found. Talk about above and beyond service. Dealerships can be intimidating, but Kia Rivergate is as down to earth as you can possibly be. Tyler and Bubba should both be lauded for all of their hard work. My wife and I are so happy with the vehicle.

I love the way this car runs. It has the best design and a very smooth ride. I loved the car so much I decided to buy it. I love the dark red color.

On July 30th, 2018, I drove from Glace Bay NS to purchase a previously owned 2017 Hyundai Accent from Moncton Chrysler. Only 1073 kms on it at time of purchase and in absolutely mint condition. It has everything I need and is the perfect car for me. I am so in love with my little red Accent!! ??
