I stepped in to the store and was greeted by a young man named Aaron Moreno. I was inquiring about renewing my lease or trading it in. When he was unsure he asked his manager Tristan George who was also just as friendly and helpful. I am seriously considering ending my lease with the Tucsan and starting a fresh one very soon but when I do I will be doing it from this location which was immensely better over all then my initial Hyundai location. I would absolutely recommend Aaron & Tristan to any other person looking for a speedy, reliable & friendly location. Definitely treated as tho they had your best interest at heart and not just their pocket.

The lease on my 2016 Sonata Limited w/Ultimate pkg. was expiring and I was in search of a new Sonata. Every dealer I went to could not believe how little I was paying on this fully loaded 2016 Sonata (I got it at Rockland Hyundai). All the dealers said just get the Sonata Limited w/o Ultimate pkg. -that was in the range of what I wanted to pay monthly. I had been to three dealers. Rockland was my last stop. Not only did I get a Sonata Limited w/ Ult. pkg. but it was only $5 more than the lowest deal anywhere else for a lesser model. I c.o.d tax, title, registration, etc. Anderson and his supervisor Fausto made it happen! Thanks again, Rockland Hyundai.

I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation at 1:00pm and was out by 2:40. Seems a bit on the long side to be waiting for this service, but I was very happy with the service the car received and the staff who helped me.
My business transaction of the ca purchase went very well with one exception, they promised to detail he vehicle but it was only washed. I would have addressed my complaint but I had a prior engagement and did not have the time to wait at the dealership. So far so good with the vehicle. In conclusion I would recommend this dealership to friends and family.
Stumbled upon this Nissan dealer after a few failed attempts with other dealers. Was greeted with positivity, smiles, and the attention and support that I needed. One of the sales people, Ed, worked tirelessly for hours showing me different cars and finally found me a car that best suited my needs: low mileage, the color I wanted, and the style I requested, while being extremely generous with my trade in. Couldn't have asked for a better salesperson and dealer. Will definitely be recommending this to all I know and returning for more cars!
