The service rep, Tom Furrey, was extremely polite and efficient. He explained the cost and the appropriate time needed to do the service I requested. After the service work was complete he mentioned other service work the car needed The waiting area was clean and refreshments were available. I highly recommend Ft Mill Hyundai.
Really good experience. Went in with a specific budget in mind. Was looking for a preowned certified suv crossover car. However I couldn’t resist the deal I received to be in a brand new 2019 car! Stayed in my budget and made a good friend , Anthony Peake, in the process. Great person to work with from start to finish.

I have always taken it back to the dealer for service and oil changes.. they mean it when they talk about customer service being so important. The guys in the service department are great. I went in for a service appointment but my alternator died on the way. Zach in the Service Department did a fantastic job - he was straightforward about cost and timing of the work. Overall, it was a really good experience.

Good customer service! Bought the Genesis G80 in May and took it in for the first service. A recall item was done and the regular oil change, etc....waited in the customer lounge for this work while watching TV and had a free bottled water....the service technician was very courteous and made me feel like a special customer......
Went to the service dept on 9/22 without an appointment. Jack immediately began diagnosing my problem and provided the service under warranty. I've gotten several vehicles from South Charlotte Hyundai and highly recommend them for an excellent dealer experience. Both sales and service.
