Bought a new 2018 Hyundai Elantra from this dealership and was very satisfied with quality of detail and service. I received a fair price and my trade-in was equally fair priced. Follow-up was excellent, as well as the presentation from the salesman. I would definitely go back for another vehicle.
1, The salesman Jeremy was very, very knowledgeable on the car and all around with the process.
2. salesman was very thorough with explaining all features of the car, the steps we went through with the paperwork, and explained what he was doing with each step.
3. everyone was very punctual and prepared as we flew in from another state.

I've been looking for an "older" Corvette for many years and finally found one at Earnhardt Hyundai in Avondale, AZ. Unfortunately I had no credit to speak of, so there was a tough time getting me approved.
I had given up hope by close of business Friday, but the people at Earnhardt, especially my Sales Rep, Eddie Nunez, kept on working through the weekend and beyond. I got the good news Tuesday and after working all day Wednesday, drove my 2001 Corvette home on Thursday.
I don't know how they did it or why they even put in the extra effort, but I'm glad they did.
For my money, Earnhardt can do no wrong. Trust them to do right by you.

Service is always very good but I was more satisfied from this trip Becuase they actually got my car washed. They never did it in the past because my matte finish requires “special guys”. Don’t really know why that is so I might be less satisfied if they won’t wash my car next time.
I was looking for a used Hyundai Santa Fe Sport for awhile and the dealership had one listed at a reasonable price. I contacted Hal Bliss by phone and set up a time to view the vehicle. When I got to the dealership, Hal introduced me to Jordan Stevens to go over the vehicle. Jordan was very considerate and very knowledgeable about the vehicle. I conducted a test drive and decided to purchase the vehicle.
I did have a trade in and Hal was able to give me a fair price for. It was close to what I thought it would be worth and it was not worth haggling over a couple of hundred dollars.
Jordan then presented to me the "dealer equipment" that had been added on to the price of the vehicle. Having bought numerous cars from different dealerships during my adult life, I knew this was coming. I was able to remove some. Hal worked with me on the price of others. I believe that I received a fair deal for the car I bought with these added "options".
In the end, I would return to Chapman Hyundai Scottsdale to buy another car in the future. I never felt pressured to buy the vehicle or sign any paperwork until the deal was done.
This is the second time I have used Chapman for needed repairs on my vehicles and again the service was the best that I have experienced at any dealership or auto repair shop. Leo was able to get
my van in on moments notice, and kept me updated on the process
of the repairs. Again, thank you Leo for great service.
Was working with the staff fo weeks. Was looking at a Santa Fe and a Tuscon. The sales team was very kind. Thank you to Joe. He was very flexible and helpful. The pricing was great and we got a really good deal. Walked out the door with a Brand new Hyundai Tuscon Limited Ultimate!!! I would really recommend this dealer!
