We had an excellent experience with your knowledgeable salesman Cody Knapczyk and your business manager Barth Eastman. They both were very polite, professional, and caring about our needs, wants, and what we could afford. They both seemed to go out of their way to accommodate us & we are very happy and thankful. Also Dan Biker was very accommodating, professional, & polite when dealing with him concerning the Protection package. Plus we???re very happy & satisfied with our new Equinox. We love it!!
My nephew bought his first new car from D'Arcy Hyundai - a 2016 Hyundai Accent - and the experience was perfect. Delilah, Francisco and Guy to name a few of the people that helped us - were awesome. The car payment fit in to my nephews budget and he is loving his new car. Highly recommend this dealership and it's people.

I contacted the dealership back in October of 2015 with my concerns about recall campaigns 123 and 132. I received a prompt email from John Wagner that the resolution for these recalls were not available at that time and he would contact me when he had more information. John would periodically correspond via email letting me know that he had not forgotten me and that he still was still waiting for a solution. Once he knew how to address the recalls he contacted me and got me in right away. He was running a test on my Sonata and was concerned that a third party non factory oil filter would impact the test results. He gave me a courtesy oil change and filter to make sure the test was accurate. I had my appointment at 9:00 a.m. and was back on the road before 10:30 a.m. The professionalism and service I received from John Wagner will have me coming back to D'Arcy dealership before all others.
