Purchased a Hyundai Elantra today from Nicholas Parks Hyundai. Our sales guy "Louisiana Sam" was the best! We saw a few cars, drove the one we wanted, we were in and out in like 2 hours, start to finish. Sam was hassle free, no pressure and honestly a joy 2 purchase from. I wish I had money 2 buy 2 cars today...lol! I'be purchased a many of cars in my lifetime and honestly you just want to tell the sales people to bug off. But Nicholas Parks have a win win. You look, see, they answer your questions and then you buy! Thank you again!!!!.
An amazing service center. They even delivered my car to me! I am very pleased with the service I received! Great place to take your car and know that they will send it back looking better than it did when you dropped it off!
Tony Woods was amazing. I went to the lot expecting a headache but walked out stress free. From the time I pulled up I was approached by Anthony (with the glasses) who asked if i needed assistance and he wasn’t even in sales. I politely told him no and a short while later I was approached again by the other Anthony (who is also not in sales) who got out the car and sold me (without even attempting too and little did he know) on talking to the sales agent Tony Woods. I then went in and was warmly greeted by a man who turned out to be Tony Woods. From start to finish Tony was amazing, and not pushy like I thought he would be as a salesman. As a woman I expected to be taken advantage of and shockingly got the opposite. Tony would not let me not test drive any car even though I insisted driving one car is like driving another car and for that I am grateful.
John Fitzsimmon quite attentive to my need of a efficient fuel vehicle. I been a life long Toyota supporters and currently own a few of them, but one less. John sold me a Niro, and give me great price trade-in for Prius. It's been a week, I love my new gas efficient Niro. Thanks John.
My old car was 20 years old and I dreaded the process of buying a new one, but the attention to detail on the part of the staff made buying a car a pleasure. They went out of their way to make the whole process simple and direct. Good follow up to make sure that I was getting used to the car I bought, and to answer questions that I had about its operation.

Hyundai of Serramonte has a great staff. They were nice and not too pushy! They made us feel comfortable and relaxed. They were very understanding of our situation and were willing to work with us. They went above and beyond normal expectations. Overall, the best experience I have had at a car dealership!
I must say that I have never written a review for anyone before! Dave Gil with Stevens Creek Hyundai was Amazing to work with especially his no pressure approach. I came in looking for a new Genesis sedan but ended up buying a pre-owned one instead. After spending most of the day dragging my family around to different dealerships. We happend to make Stevens Creek Hyundai our final stop and I am glad we did. Not only did Dave Gil give us a great Deal but also great service. Things can get pretty crazy with young hungry children and Dave Gil worked through the madness. Thank you once again!!

Great Service! Everyone was friendly and helpful. I didn't feel pressured at all during my Purchase! I love my new Hyundai Accent. The GM, Mike Lopretta, even came out to make sure I was well taken Care of. I definitely recommend this Dealership!
I sent an email to the dealership inquiring on availability of a car. K received a quick response and set up a time to see the car. I arrived at the dealship to find the car I wanted to see sitting up front next to the customer parking. I asked for Ernel (the salesman I had talked with via email). He met me promptly. We took the car for a test drive. I mentioned the tire tread that was left and proposed a price to take purchasing new tires into account. Ernel agreed to the new price. Forty five minutes later I was leaving the dealership. Fantastic experience.
The sales person on the phone was pleasant and curious, however they did NOT have the car I was looking for so no sale was made
